Our stay at this hotel might have been fine except that we needed to be at the airport early the morning after check-in and the front desk clerk set us up with a taxi to pick us up, telling us everything would be fine. Well it wasn’t. The unmarked taxi and its driver seemed shady from the get go. The driver drove us the 3-4 minutes to the airport then demanded $25! He was rude and sketchy. I thought the hotel was respectable but clearly not when the clerks set up the guests to be ripped off. I believe this hotel should reimburse us for that ridiculous sum we had to pay. That clerk (there at 10:00 pm on May 9) should be disciplined.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Biai Verde in Catania Italy. Its an old school elegant type of hotel on the coast - they were in the process of refinishing the outside access to the sea. Although the pool does not officially open until June (I snuck in) and its a great pool. The Breakfast was included and was really significant. Parking was free as was the NET - Room was very clean and they have old school maids that do a nice job - the Hotel has not yet been impacted by the green wave so you get new towels every day. Staff was kind and helpful. If returning to the aera I would stay there again.

Good stay in catania. Super busy city but overall stay is good. Breakfast is so so. Can have more choices. Its abit too basic. Room is big enough and clean. Love it.

My family and I recently stayed at the NH Cala degli Aragonesi in Catania and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. The hotel's location right by the beach was perfect for us as we wanted a relaxing holiday. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the stunning sunsets over the Mediterranean Sea. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. We especially loved the fresh seafood dishes. Overall, our stay at NH Cala degli Aragonesi was fantastic. The combination of great hospitality, excellent food, and beautiful location made it a truly memorable experience for our family. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Catania.

位置一般，但很新，房間大，如果需要兩個房間，強烈建議定85平的家庭房，超大，實用麪積85平的那種，有八個陽台，兩個卧室，兩個洗手間，一個大客廳。mini吧和咖啡都是免費的。

關於酒店的基本事實是真實的，但描述中沒有提到游泳池很小，只有 30 張床可以舒適地圍繞著它。泳池音樂是針對青少年的，與酒店的特色和客人的年齡特徵完全不符。酒店接待人員不樂於助人而且粗魯。酒店周圍區域很髒，街道上到處都是垃圾，由於交通堵塞，步行不安全。前往當地城鎮的班車很少。沿著一條非常陡峭的路步行25分鐘。附近沒有海灘，只能在岩石上曬日光浴。如果是半食宿，餐廳裡的食物非常有限，大多數晚上只能選擇意大利面或魚。當被要求升級到帶陽台的房間時，一周要多花 209 英鎊，但必須選擇住宿加早餐，而不是半食宿，所以花更少的錢花更多的錢。無法從酒店租車，您必須前往卡塔尼亞機場接機。

酒店自帶的停車場有點小貴，根據車型定價，最高一天18歐元。但是酒店門外的馬路兩邊都有大量的公共收費停車位，午休時間不要錢，一天下來最多4.5歐元，很划算。房間很乾凈、牀很舒服，而且我們的房間有個麪向大海的小露台，晚上開着門聽着海濤入睡還是很舒服的。早餐很不錯，還有一些西西裏當地甜品小吃，總之特別滿意。酒店開車去卡塔尼亞市中心大概要20分鐘，很幸運我們沒住在市中心，而是住在稍微偏遠但是近海的酒店。（酒店和大海之間有一條馬路，對噪音特別敏感的朋友白天能聽到車流聲）。另外，泳池是根據天氣狀況開放的，我們去的時候下雨颳風，泳池就關閉了。
