After checking in and leaving my card info for those “incidentals “ which was only 200 the waited till the day I was checking out to charge my card also they charged me the same amount as my stay took an extra 112 from me understanding it’s just a hold but super inconvenient plus they took more out than what they were supposed to .

Pools were infested with dead/alive bugs everywhere. Rooms not very clean, front desk sometimes were kind, and other days rude. For Loews this location was not up to a typical visit to sister locations. Only good thing was the spa amenities and the access to pickle ball/tennis was great. Without those two, the resort was very mid

Did not meet my expectations for $1000 for 3 nights. Our room was so far from the elevator and there is only one elevator. Very small resort pool and the room was very small and old. When walking closer to the elevator there was rooms being cleaned and those were same set up but remodeled. Not extremely family friendly either besides a movie being shown. Will not return. If you are reading this review and want a family friendly experience and more resort feeling, I would check out the Westin La Paloma. Was wanting to give this place a try and will not recommend if you want family oriented and nicer bigger rooms.

Tucson Get Away
The room was super spacious, well appointed and the patio was full of life (critters) and very quiet. The Flying V restaurant was very good food and excellent service. The massage at the spa was pricey, but excellent.

Solid weekend stay
Overall the trip was good. We were there for a couples weekend for my wifes birthday.
To be honest we had a little higher expecation based on Loews' reputation and price of the stay. The service was a bit slow. The walk way for outdoor rooms a bit dated and the amendites could have been more robust. Items we did like was the balcony with a great view and a soak tub.

I grew up here. Always a gem to be in the foothills. This trip staff was not up to par. Reception desk ignore that I had a young child with me. But took care of the pet. I had to seek and find treats for her like the activity book and fish food. Ignored my late check in and Lost my food credit. Dining Breakfast was disappointing along with the service. The pool service and food was the best and room service was great.

Got a king suite and was extremely disappointed, called ahead and spoke with someone at the front desk to have wine and some food at the room upon our arrival for a surprise and although they said they could accommodate the request no such accommodation was made. Also arrived to the room and there was not a single sheet of toilet paper in the room. Usually have a great experience at this property but this time was different. But luck next time I guess.

Almost there
Almost great! Had a couple issues, one of the power outlets next to the bed didn’t work and they couldn’t fix so we did a workaround, the slider to the balcony was very hard to close, needs a little maintenance. The other thing is the message light kept flashing, pushed the message icon on the phone and, twice the agent couldn’t find me, thought I was in a completely different resort and couldn’t shut it off, a little annoying having a flashing red light on for three days.
