Lovely budget option. Great staff and beautiful location

The location was excellent but the amenities were outdated.

Good: Best view in town. Nice balcony Friendly staff. (See last comment) Bad: 1. Very hard uncomfortable bed. 2. AC no good unless left on all day. (Maid turned off) and left the door open for mozis to invade room. 3. No breakfast buffet as I appeared to be one of very few guests. In fact I saw no other guests. One slice each of processed ham & cheese, cucumber & tomato, toast not even slighty brown. An apple. Half a cup of tea. Juice chosen by staff. Had to ask for milk. No top ups or check backs. 4. Health Spa a bench and weights in a room used for storage. 5. No English in hotel info book Only Vietnamese. Very sad as it has stunning views and was just off the ***** so quiet. It also has the potential for a stunning roof terrace. Very little english spoken.

Bien placé et confortable, les chambres sont de bonne dimension avec une vue panoramique, le service est limité en dehors de la haute saison c'est dommage. Le personnel parle peu l'anglais mais essaie de satisfaire, le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur

This hotel could be wonderful if it had a proper shower. The shower it has is inconveniently located in the middle of the bathroom without any glass or wall preventing the water making everything wet when you take a shower. It is just hard to understand why this is like this (picture attached). That is the only reason why this hotel deserves a low marking. Except for that, everything else is very good, the service, the location and the wonderful room view is unmatchable. Breakfast was good: we were offered option when we checked in and w got what we chose. We booked our boat trip at the reception. Hanna was very kind and helped us for this and also provided tips.

The bed was so hard we had to put blankets down to sleep. Aircon only just kept us cool. View is nice and the rest of the room was fine. The shower has no screen so all the floor gets wet when you shower
