房間不乾淨，睡一晚身上到處都癢癢的，床上還有很多不知道是什麼的渣子和對頭髮，床品也有很多污漬。

設施屬於落後了，沒有電梯，但是員工還是挺熱情的還有免費停車，如果能免費提供早餐那是更好了，check out時間很早，10點就要走了，這是唯一的缺點

The Aircon didn't work so we were given a fan heater which didn't work either. We were then moved to another room, where the Aircon was from the last century and didn't work either and we had to use a fan heater that was already in the room. The whole hotel is very run down and needs a good refurbishment. We were also informed at check in that there was a $ 10/night parking fee which we were not made aware of during the booking process. The second room TV didn't work as the wrong remote was in the room which was from a different brand of TV. The lady at reception was helpful and had to get a new remote from another room. It took several trips to reception to get all this sorted out. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but basic stuff like this should not be happening. Not a nice experience at all.

The staff was very friendly, that's a plus. The bed was also clean, which is the most important thing to me. But that's about it with the positive points: the bathroom was not very clean and the interior of the room was very outdated and worn down. The blinds had a giant hole in them so a lot of light came through in the morning. The window was the dirtiest window I have ever seen in my life.
The fridge had clearly not been cleaned for a long time so it was really gross, turned down way too cold so our food froze, and was very loud aswell.
We also REALLY underestimated the distance to the city centre, which took us around 1,5-2h with public transport. There was no bus connection during late evening and the night, so the last 20 minutes of our way home were spent walking.
Overall not a good experience.
