很漂亮的老酒店 標準英式接待 在中心位置 吃喝都方便 單人房沙發看起來有些舊 但一切都好吧 早餐房也漂亮 食物經典自選豐富 對於我足夠

給孩子定的酒店，非常好。商家也很給力，退換了多定的兩晚費用，在這裏也非常感謝攜程的客服和工作人員的大力幫助，由於時差和語言的問題導致他們付出了很多寶貴的時間和精力，非常非常感謝🙏

房間普通吧，走廊木板走路發出的聲音，房間裏很明顯聽到。位於商業街裏，購物方便，但離火車站有點遠。

外觀很漂亮的建築，但酒店房間設定陳舊，樓道地板不平，總是一腳深一腳淺約，關鍵是管理有很大問題 1，入住時，打開房間，房間裏有酒店工作人員利用我的房間不知道做什麼，見到我們插卡進門，拿着電腦就離開了。 2、我住10天，每天一直到下午3/4點才有服務員打掃，而且每天給配給的小零食、茶包、瓶裝水這些，時給時不給，全看服務員心情。 3、安全問題，居然凌晨有人用房卡刷我房門，幸虧我反鎖了，在門縫下看到人影，這是發生在最後一天，我想要退房了，異國異鄉約，趕緊走，沒和酒店反饋。

地理位置非常好 對面就是Costa coffee 服務非常好

酒店位置很不錯，在市中心，房間設施有歷史感，早餐很棒。

Very nice service and hospitality from the crew. Very Happy stay. so many attractions points near by to visit.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the room was clean and well-presented, the noise levels were unbearable. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by the sounds of voices from the adjacent rooms and the floor above us was consistently creaking as guests moved around. When I mentioned these issues to the receptionist during checkout, I was disappointed by the lack of response or apology. Overall, this affected the quality of my stay significantly, and I do not intend to return. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Booked one night when I thought I was paying for 2. For the price I was paying, I was expecting much more. Hotel needs modernisation, very much out of date. Heater in the room doesn't work so it's still cold. Next to a loud street (but that's my problem, I should have known better). The photos on trip.com make it look much better than it actually is. I think this room is worth £50 a night max. I wouldn't consider paying more. Disappointing.
