Very nice room. Very clean and staff was very professional and polite Only issue was the TV would not shut off...remote wouldn't turn off...child lock on couldn't shut off with buttons on the television

The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. Undercover security basement parking was a bonus. The property is starting to show it's age, but overall a great place to stay. Had dinner at the Pennant Hills Hotel about 10mins walk down the road, and that was a great place with great meals. Thanks to reception for that advice.

My Partner and I were attending a concert at Accor stadium for a great location and price we stayed here for two nights. Our room was modern, clean and spacious enough to have a few of our friends come up for a few drinks before the concert. Check in and out was quick and they offer onsite parking for a fee. Top Ryde shopping plaza is directly opposite which is great as it offers some great restaurants. This hotel is adults only and has a great chill/games room down stairs. Will definitely return.

We booked a disabled room in the new block and it was very spacious. The beds had high-quality firm mattresses. The room appeared new and was very clean. Unfortunately whilst there was a 55inch TV there were no instructions on how to operate it and the remote needed a degree in space science to operate it. The toilet seat came adrift and when we reported this to the office was told sorry no maintenance on the weekend. As with many disabled rooms they are not designed by disabled people so simple stuff is often ignored. The chairs in the room did not have arms so are difficult to use. However, despite the small issues we enjoyed our stay and will use this motel again in the future

It was quite expensive for the service. The staff were not very welcoming but pleasant enough. The highlights are you are camping on the harbor and the view is very pretty. At sunset the very large bats come out which is quite cool to see but they are very loud with each other. Here is somethings you should know. Both eateries close at 430 pm so plan accordingly for dinner. If you get the package that includes electricity it’s only on from 6pm-6am. The waterway is very active until dark then the row teams start at 0500 it might have been earlier but their coaches are very loud and aggressive. What a way to wake up. It was nice just manage your expectations.
