很老的酒店,設施很陳舊。不過樓下就有公交站台可以去bus station,以及開到很晚的tesco express。 離市中心和沙灘都比較遠。不是很建議旅遊入住。

Staff are good. Friendly and helpful. They help me to store luggage voluntarily. I am very grateful. The place are clean and tidy. The room settings are good. The furniture are well Placed and with taste. I don’t have breakfast this time. But it looks very freaks with variety. Must try next time.

我們在斯旺西出差在這裏住了三四次。這是家新的總理客棧(Premier Inn),乾淨又維護的不錯。酒店位置很好,從M4來的車輛進入以及遊覽斯旺西都很方便。 走路不到十分鐘就可以到風街(Wind Street),進入鎮中心、餐廳和酒吧。如果你很健康,可以走路從這裏到馬布爾(Mumbles)再走回來(或坐公交車),距離馬布爾5公里。 SA1已經發生了很大變化,不過有時候它有鬼域的感覺,看看還是挺有趣的。停車場在酒店旁邊的一個很大的NCP停車,價格為24小時5.8英鎊(如果下午5點後停)。酒店附近還能吃牛肉,不錯。 這裏簡單、乾淨、員工都很不錯。我就是希望酒店能把wifi弄好點,不過這衹是無病**而已,不是什麼大毛病。

Hotel shrouded in scaffolding so hard to find as no illumiated signage. Once checked in (fast and efficient) the hotel car parks (there are 2 very close) only allow vans under 2.4m in height with metal gates to stop workmen parking!!?? During the week almost all the guests are workmen and receptions solution is a Village Hotel car park around 750m East from the hotel....if The Village allow high top vans why not the Premier Inn? Next time I'll pay the bit extra and stay at the Village! The rooms were usual only issue was the gust above pacing (wird I know) the room constamtly from 3am, when I raised it with reception, they went and listened (and said the guest was muttering and pacinf in the room constantly) but said they could stop him as it was not anti social. Nights sleep ruined! They moved me from the Jesus Creeper room to another where I had a good nights sleep. Sort the car parks and signage and it wont be a bad hotel!

The Hotel was covered in scaffolding on all sides with shabby signs saying they were still open when we arrived making it look a bit shabby. You must pay a £10 suppliment to book in early (between 11-3) however you can't pre book an early check in and the £10 charge stands up until exactly 3pm so much so that at 2.57pm we had to cue as they will not check you in until 3! The room was comfortable and clean, and in a convenient location to Walk to the city centre.

Hotel is still covered in scaffolding even though work was completed months ago; this was confirmed by a manger. Also, was told that the landlord is responsible for the scaffolding and has done very little to get it removed. To be honest, Whitbread group who own Premier Inn are a massive company, so why is it that they cannot get the landlord to sort removal of the scaffolding. The view from our room is restricted, which I knew would be before booking, however, it was far worse then described on their information section of the hotel in their website area. Room is old, paint flaking in lots of places and walls have scratches in lots of areas and dirty in many places. Carpet is old, worn and bumpy in places. Bathroom has mould in tile grout in many places; grime in corners of the floor, especially around the toilet base and along bath floor line. Again, paint flakes and scratches on the bathroom floor. Shower was leaking at the shower head journey and bath mixer unit. TV is a 15inch size, not the normal larger screens you now get at majority of premiere inns. The hair drier was old and with powerless, totally inadequate for use. The area outside the front and side )where tables are) of the hotel is littered and dirty; I stayed for 4 nights and same litter was still there when I left and noted additional litter had accumulated. The beefeater did not have enough staff for main meals and especially breakfast time. The food was not up to the standard I’ve eaten at premier inns. The back screens in the kitchen where the cooks receive orders we’re stuck full of dirt where the grease had accumulated. The kitchen looked like it was not kept tidy during cooking and you could see cleanliness was not paid attention to. The quality of the food when we got it was not to the standards Premier Inn advertise; the fries arrived cold, the coleslaw was tasteless and the ribs were below average and not the succulent tasteful experience they describe. I did tell the staff about the fries and coleslaw, and they replaced the fries with hot ones, though they said there is nothing they can do about the coleslaw, as it arrives pre-made and the ribs were replaced with no better results. In short, the experience of eating at this beefeater fell way short of other Premier Inn restaurants I’ve eaten at and there have been loads, as I stay at Premiere Inn all the time. My recommendation is not to stay at this Premier Inn until they’ve resolved everything.

Outside of hotel swathed in tatty sheeting and has been for over 2 years according to staff (so no views and windows don't open) This is not obvious from booking site which shows a much nicer aspect than you'll get. It looks like a building site. It is obvious there are serious ongoing issues with the building so don't expect the usual decent standard of other Premier Inns. Other reviews say the same and we wish we'd read them before booking. Car park expensive and only bookable on app so hope for good signal! In addition to these issues and more seriously when we were there a major flood from the top floor meant we received a call asking permission to move our belongings down 2 floors while we were out for the day. The same morning our shower would not turn off either so we left the room like a sauna with the shower still on, reported it and left for the day. It may be that the staff were dealing with the flood, although we were told this started later in the day, but according to guest relations there was no record of the complaint and it was strongly implied that we were lying about having made one. That's just offensive and insulting. After the flood we were not offered relocation which some other guests were and as we had visits arranged in the area for 4 days we were stuck there. The corridors became revolting, smelt of dirty wet carpet and ceilings water damaged. We logged another complaint and were told we would receive a full refund. That's where the fun started. Premier Inn guest relations have been appalling. Their 'good night sleep' guarantee is meaningless. Our complaint was serious, not just a matter of a poor nights sleep or hard pillows! We had concerns about health and safety and asked whether a risk assessment had been done. We were told this was an internal matter and not for disclosure. We were refunded for the cheapest night of our stay but the complaints department refused to negotiate further telling us that no further contact would be responded to. This is just unbelievable, unacceptable and no way to treat customers. We will be escalating the complaint. We're not fusspots by any means and have stayed at plenty of Premier Inns elsewhere which have been fine. Never felt the need to give such a harsh review before but honestly, book anywhere else if you want a nice environment!
