Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 4 km, railway station "Castiglion Del Lago" 5 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 27 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Cetona 15 km, Città Della Pieve 20 km, Passignano Sul Trasimeno 26 km, Cortona 37 km, Perugia 45 km, Pienza 45 km. Please note: car recommended. 6-room house 180 m2 on 2 levels. The holiday home is large and offers everything you need, even a German coffee machine. But it is an old farmhouse, so naturally there are spiders etc. there. If you're sensitive... The pool is huge and great with salt instead of chlorine. The landlady is

The Italian country house and the landlady far exceeded all of our expectations. The cleanliness, the equipment and the successful facility are to be emphasized. We also really enjoyed the tranquility of nature.
