Esperienza eccellente per il nostro anniversario di nozze il giorno 22 agosto 2023! Ottima cena con gentilezza infinita della titolare. Grazie di cuore! Ps Abbiamo anche trascorso il Ferragosto presso la piscina e relativo Bistrot: momenti fantastici! Grazie!!

Non ho riscontrato i problemi e i giudizi negativi di alcune recensioni, la camera era pulita con ampio bagno tutto ben curato e spazioso, bene il servizio ristorante e la piscina, vero con la piscina a sfioro e il forte caldo le vespe ci sono ma non è così un problema e poco possono farci per evitarlo, per me rimane una struttura valida per chi cerca relax e tranquillità, gentili e disponibile tutto il personale.

Location meravigliosa, tutto lo staff estremamente professionale e cordiale, ristorante eccezionale sia per quanto riguarda il cibo che per quanto riguarda il vino … Siamo stati coccolati dall’arrivo alla partenza! che dire di più! Da provare!!!

Ankunft : Das Eingangstor war geschlossen und erst nach mehrmaligen Läuten (10 min) meldete sich eine Person, die zum Tor kam, um dieses zu öffnen. Zimmer: Bei den Zimmern 'Deluxe' wählen, da Zimmer sonst sehr klein. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Haar auf dem Boden, verkalkte Dusche, etc. Das Personal kann man nicht dafür verantwortlich machen, denn dieses ist immer nur so gut wie man es anleitet bzw. betreut! Bei Regen wird der Fussboden bei den Fenstern nass, weil die Fenster nicht dicht sind. Nur ein sehr dünnes Bettlacken direkt über der Matratze (also ohne Unterlage); man hat ein ungutes Gefühl was die Hygiene betrifft. Frühstück: Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig, keine wirkliche Auswahl, in liebloser Umgebung neben dem Schwimmbad. Personal: Das Personal (fast alles Studenten, nicht wirklich hotelerfahren) und mit wenig Fremdsprachenkenntnissen, aber trotzdem sehr hilfsbereit und nett und unterstützend im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten. Schwimmbad: Sehr schön, aber Umgebung ungepflegt. Fazit: Das Hotel braucht in vielen Bereichen eine 'Auffrischung', man hat den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein Investitionsobjekt handelt und nicht vom eigentlichen Inhaber geführt wird und auch niemand sich wirklich verantwortlich zeigt. Die verschiedenen in dieser Bewertung aufgeführten Mängel kann man nicht wirklich mit CoVid Nachwirkungen entschuldigen. Wir würden das Relais 23 nicht unbedingt empfehlen.

The rooms are located in wat must have been the main house of the property. Spacious and well appointed. Restaurant and reception are in a separate building. Excellent food for dinner cooked by the owner and Irene at reception was always very helpful despite our late arrival. Excellent selection of wines from local wineries. Ample secure parking

This place could be so much better but now it is just overpriced for what it offers. And that has little to do with Covid 19. It looks realy nice, beatifull house in little park. Arrival: nobody to open the gate, been waiting for 15 minutes. Room: we had a deluxe which has enough space but limited furniture (IKEA), just one sheet over matress (not hygienic), shower completely calcified, only 3 out of 6 lights worked, spiderwebs in te corners. Pool: we were assigned to 2 beds and 1 chair for 3 adults for 3 days, asked for another bed which was impossible eventhough there were only 4 rooms occupied so enough empty beds but had to do with 3 old wooden beds with no umbrella. pool towels can't be changed for 3 days, no space in room to let them dry. Breakfast is served near the pool, choice verry limited, even the eggs were cold Personel: they try hard Restaurant: both lunch and dinner realy nice food. I would not reccomend this place for ths price

Io e mio marito avevamo bisogno di "staccare la spina"....quindi cercavamo un posto tranquillo,dove rilassarci.Qui al Relais 23 l'abbiamo trovato.In mezzo al verde,piscina, ottimo cibo e tutto lo staff disponibile e cortese. Complimenti a tutti.

zimmer war nicht sauber, käfer an decke und vorhängen. lavabo und dusche hatten flecken (vom letzten gebrauch?!). frühstück war sehr dürftig, ebenfalls nicht sicher ob alles sauber war. wände zwischen den zimmern zu den anderen gästen waren sehr geringhörig.
