Close to waterfalls, hiking, skiing, canoeing, rafting, horseback riding, as well as shopping and restaurants. Spend peaceful days enjoying nature, fishing in the lake, or using the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities (https://sapphirevalleyresorts.com/). There is an outdoor security camera located near the carport overlooking up the driveway towards the road.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Pet Fee - $100. Perfect in every way
I consider myself picky, but every detail was truly perfect. The view of the mountains is breathtakingly beautiful. We had a lot of rain but the outdoor porch is designed so that we could still sit outside comfortably under the covered area, or inside a screened in porch, and stay dry. We loved having the grill and the house had everything we needed and more. The gathering area was perfectly designed for all of us to sit and play games, watch movies, or simply enjoy the fireplace. Every piece of furniture was very comfortable (especially the bed) and the house was spotless. We drove a short distance and hiked trails, saw waterfalls, strolled through the shops in Highlands and afterwards even went swimming at a covered, heated public pool they have there. However. I would have happily just stayed on that porch the entire time. We hope to return in the future!

Great stay
This is a beautiful location, great views off the deck to watch sunset. It has a well equipped kitchen if you are going to do any cooking. All the beds are comfortable and the host is quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay.

Great Retreat!
We felt like we were perched in a treehouse for a few days! The house was immaculate and comfortable. The host, Jason, was a quick communicator and very helpful. We would love to come back!

Darzano's quest to experience the falls
Beautiful setting. Sunsets were amazing. House equiped with everything a cook needed. Very accessible to Cashiers , Brevard and Botgeses State Park.

Beautiful views!
Very comfortable home. Enjoyed the views and listening to the river below. Appreciated the host communication. Easy to get to the town of Cashiers as well as Lake Gorge Park.

Great House for a Getaway
Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood with amazing views! The floor plan was perfect and allowed my parents to be on one side of the house and my family (my husband and I and our four children) on the other. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed and more! It was very clean and tidy and the owner offered many suggestions on places to eat and shop and things to do locally with our children. Access to a laundry room was a huge plus when coming in from tubing. The amenities at Sapphire Valley were great too. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area!

10/10 Mountain Home
This house was so perfect for our family! Having the split floor plan gave us privacy near the kids and my parents got peace and privacy on the other side of the common rooms. The first thing we all did every morning was to look at the view of the mountains. My dad and I sat and swung enjoying that view a lot. All of the beds and furniture was quite comfortable and we loved having the fireplace. The location was central to Brevard and Highlands and we were able to do a lot of adventuring with a quiet and restful place to come back to.

Great Stay!
This is our second stay at this property, and we just can’t get enough! Beautiful view, perfect location, very clean house. Would highly recommend!
