Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. Piękne, eleganckie wnętrza z dbałością o każdy detal. Czysto, pachnąco, wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, świeże i jakościowe – choć trzeba chwilę poczekać, ale to chyba kwestia ich spokojnego, „slow” podejścia. Do tego świetna siłownia. Czuliśmy się tu po prostu świetnie.

Un des plus beaux hôtels que j’ai vu. J’étais tellement subjugué que je n’ai pas fait de photos. Les photos qui sont publiées sur TripAdvisor ne montrent pas à quel point l’architecture et la décoration sont parfaites. Les matériaux, le bois, la pierre, les lumières, Tout est vraiment exceptionnel. L’allée qui mène au spa avec un mur en pierres noires, sur lesquelles coule de l’eau est juste incroyable, l’entrée du spa est cachée derrière ce mur. Le hall du spa avec là aussi un très grand mur d’eau est fabuleux et le spa lui-même est exceptionnel. Chambre super confortable. Piscine, énorme et très agréable sur la marina. Personnel adorable. Vraiment un hôtel exceptionnel et très bien situé, pas trop loin de l’aéroport.
