Location was nice, being close to the airport. Room was clean, no complaints there. The front desk staff member gave the people who checked in after me, a key to my room. They tried to enter, but I had initiated the security lock. When I addressed this with the front desk staff, they shrugged it off as a normal occurrence for them. Facilities, the hotel looked as if it was modernized with its carpets and curtains. The room layouts were from the early 1990s, weird angels and pointless features.

The bad things is the airport pick up ! Reach out to the hotel through email, didn’t get respond ! Call them via phone from Australia,get told have to call them once arrived at the Raleigh Durham International airport T2 .Explain to them did not have international calling from the phone ,yet the receptionist told that sorry not have pre-reservations . End up have to paid uber to the hotel. Very disappointed cause booked this hotel taught got airport pick up !
The location to this property from Raleigh airport was excellent, however the property is in great need of update. The entrance needed a good sweep of leaves, the hallway baseboards need replacing, there was spilled soiled spots on the carpet on my floor, the elevator was missing a handrail on one side (looked like someone pulled it off the wall) and the elevator and floor were filthy. The room was large and bed clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport and the planes begin take off at 6ish and run late. This hotel needs a good manager. I assume this hotel is making money because of location to airport and downtown Raleigh. I have stayed in La Quinta a few times in Florida.
