I've been @ Santuario much longer than planned due to some health issue. So, I had the time to highly appreciate not only the hostel itself, the great vibe and atmosphere, the fantastic beds setup where you have plenty of space (!) plus an unusual total privacy, like you have a mini room inside a room, but especially the people: staff is great and really cares the guest, while sick I had a family like surveillance, especially Stefy "la chica del bar", Kathy (cleaning & kitchen) and Jose (maintenance) never missed supporting me and asking genuinely interested how I was feeling doing their best to help. In a difficult moment, I was in the right place, thanks them! One only thing disturbing me was, the aircon management: ok it was on only evening and night, quite usual, problem was a person feeling cold was enough to shut down the aircon for everyone... and it was hot then... i love freezing, ok, but a correct balance would be the best, suggesting who's cold to wear a t-shirt should work, and others won't sweat ;-)

Nice hostel in Getsemaní área, arrived after 11 pm and was pleasantly surprised, that reception was opened and I was able to do check in. Breakfast is included, had fruit bowl and toasts with butter/jam, if you want to add eggs you have to pay 10000 COP for it. Coffee/tea is self served and you can order juice for extra payment. Sleeping area is big, air conditioning is working over night, you have to bring your own lock. There is a space to put luggage under the bed, what was a bit dusty and dirty and a small shelf near the bed. Hostel offers some activities, but I wasn't able to check them out. Overall good experience

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Schlafboxen, alles funktioniert und Frühstück ist auch inbegriffen. Absolut tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Etwas aufgefrischt oder gepimpt könnte das Hostel werden mit einfachen Mittel wie Wandmalerreine. Es wird regelmässig alles sauber gemacht! Das Hostel befindet sich in der Nähe des Ausgangsviertels, aber etwas weiter vom historischen Zentrum, dennoch alles in Laufdistanz. Gerne wieder!

La amabilidad y calidez de Miguel, quien me recibió el primer día, las indicaciones precisas de William acerca de un restaurante para almorzar, la premura de Daniel para dejarme ingresar luego de cenar y lo mejor, el desayuno del último día, fue fantástico, realmente, todo estuvo más que bien, incluyendo el día de playa, la comida, deliciosa, los cócteles en su punto, todo fue óptimo y preciso para volver pronto.

Hospedarse en Santuario fue una experiencia espectacular, la atención, la amabilidad de los host, la amabilidad del personal excelente. La ubicación es lo más top porque todo está cerca y tienen una opción de tour a tierra bomba que estuvo bomba.✨

Super Hostel....die Angestellten sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gemütliche Betten und alles sehr sauber++++++++++++++++++++++++sehr zu empfehlen.Frühstück auch sehr gut+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Excelente recepción, la calidad Humana, la atención, las instalaciones, el desayuno fue sorprendente, un lugar muy relajado y tranquilo, con facilidad de acceso a centros comerciales, ciudad amurallada, restaurantes, centros de entretenimiento nocturno, cafeterias, súper cómodo para el bolsillo y lo más importante, queda en el barrio más Kool del mundo, Getsemaní - Cartagena de indias, la fantástica, la heroica, gracias a todos por su bienvenida y bien llegada los llevo en mi corazón para siempre

La privacidad del cuarto, la atención y la zona de co-working fueron los puntos que mas resalto de mi experiencia hospedándome allá. La ubicación es perfecta para salir a descubrir la ciudad. Fui con mi pareja y nos sentimos muy a gusto en las instalaciones en general. Sin duda volveré
