En mi experiencia fue buena en cuanto la comida excelente el servicio excelente el trato de todos les empleados les doy 10/10 la playa si me hubiese gustado un poco menos rocosas pero al final igual la disfruté en la piscina si deberían poner más cloro para evitar cualquier enfermedad pues es lugar donde las personas se quitan la sal de la playa pero en fin les pienso recomendar a mis otros amigos y familiares que venga a Colombia a pao pao gracias a todos Y en cuanto la transportación hacia la isla y el regreso fueron muy responsables para el Cuidado el turismo Y la seguridad de todos Eso se merecen un 100% gracias a todos El barco se llama bora bora ll

De verdad quería que me gustara este lugar, pero honestamente estoy súper decepcionada. Entiendo que no siempre se puede controlar a los pájaros, pero la cantidad de excremento, plumas y suciedad acumulada por todo el lugar deja claro que no lo han limpiado en mucho tiempo. La piscina también estaba sucia, lo que solo sumó al asco general. Entiendo que pueden pasar cosas, pero la limpieza es lo más básico en hospitalidad y, lamentablemente, aquí brillaba por su ausencia. Tampoco hay una ducha exterior para enjuagarse después de la playa, lo que solo hace que todo sea más incómodo. Y para colmo, el personal ni parecía interesado en ayudar ni en mantener el lugar. Por los precios que cobran, los huéspedes merecen un espacio mucho más limpio y acogedor. I really wanted to like this place, but I’m honestly super disappointed. I understand that birds can’t always be controlled, but the amount of bird droppings, feathers, and buildup around the property makes it clear this hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pool was also dirty, which just added to the overall ick. I get that things happen, but cleanliness is basic hospitality and unfortunately, it just wasn’t there. There’s no outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, which just adds to the mess. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or maintaining the space. For what you’re charging, guests deserve a much cleaner and more welcoming experience.

We booked a stay here last week. First off, the hotel is the only thing on the tiny island and there is nowhere else to go. Next, it is a BIRD SANCTUARY. This isn’t made clear. There are tons of birds packed in the trees. The smell of the bird poop and dead fish in the heat is overwhelming. So much so, we had to leave and stay on the mainland. There is also no hot water there. The staff were nice, but the higher up’s communicating to me through What’s App were very unhelpful, rude, and not accommodating at all. We got no refund, or anything at all. We were told all of the things listed above were clearly stated on their site, and therefore it was my fault. It clearly was not on the website, or I never would’ve booked that. I would recommend on a trip to Cartagena, staying there and only visiting the islands for a day trip, because you will be stranded. Hopefully this will help a future tourist!

We went for a day trip. We enjoyed the tranquility of the island and the attentiveness of the workers. The boat ride there and back was much longer than expected. The food and drink options are good for all diets. Our waitress Jordy was kind and attentive. The beach waters were clear but a bit dirty. Some of the establishments decorations and amenities need some updating as well. There is a large bird population on the island, it’s nice to see.

Nos hospedamos 2 noches en el hotel y fue todo espectacular! El personal fue muy amable y super atento para todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación con la vista al mar fue una gran elección! La verdad que desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy cómodos y pudimos disfrutar de una increíble playa. Al quedarnos a dormir vimos un atardecer hermoso, que seguro no nos vamos a olvidar! Gracias a todo el personal por su amabilidad! El hotel tiene la combinación perfecta de playa, comodidades y comida riquísima para hacer que la estadía sea única.

We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend it. We were mostly impressed with the staff, especially Daniel, during our stay. He was incredibly attentative. I think it is worth staying overnight here rather than a day trip, as when the day trippers leave it is very tranquil. If you do not like birds, we would not recommend, but I found the frigate birds incredible to see up close! We took a short trip to the main island and Daniel gave us a tour of the local villages - this was also a great experience. A great place to really switch off and relax.
