Este hotel espectacular! Es nuevo así que todo esta impecable y nuevo. El desayuno es muy rico, lo tomas en el restaurante al lado. Las habitaciones muy limpias y modernas, de techos altos tipo loft. Es tranquilo, no escuchamos nada en la noche. Lo mejor son los empleados de la recepción y el personal de aseo. Muy muy queridos y amables. Muy atentos y sonrientes. el hotel es muy central, cerca de todo! Maria Fernanda y Silvana adoradas. El personal del restaurante también muy muy queridos.

Simplemente excelente, tiene uno de los mejores restaurantes de Cartagena y el roof top fenomenal. Además, el cuarto espacioso y muy cómodo con cama, sábanas y almohadas de calidad. La ubicación es fantástica cerca de todo y los mejores lugares de interés. Y el staff siempre amable y atento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El hotel fue perfecto, muy buena ubicación y muy buenas atenciones, el lugar muy bonito y acogedor, y las atenciones del personal muy buenas, fueron muy serviciales, a pesar de que estaban recien en apertura para la fecha en que los visitamos, pero nos encanto.

5 out of 5. This boutique hotel is a true gem. it's a refined sanctuary in the heart of Cartagena. Elegant, tranquil, the ambiance is unmatched. The staff's is the best; exceptional service. Refreshing pools, a rooftop bar, and an exquisite restaurant with delectable menu. Situated perfectly, everything is a short stroll away. refined and extraordinary escape, this hotel is a must-visit!

We (couple with 18yo daughter) loved everything about this hotel. I generally don't leave written reviews but this place deserves it.

This hotel is a perfect little get away, it’s a hidden oasis in the middle of the old walled city. The front is very unassuming. When you enter the lobby, you’re welcomed by calm and peaceful atmosphere and wonderful front desk staff. The staff was fantastic in making everything happen. With my points I was eligible for a room upgrade they moved us from the Luxury room to the Studio suite. The Studio suite was much larger and more comfortable. Both rooms are beautiful! But the Studio is superior. The style of the hotel overall is an industrial style, it’s clean, elegant and chic. The beds and pillows were like clouds, the AC is cool and crisp. Con – I love the idea of the curtain hiding the glass door, but the curtain gets caught on their top of the door when opening or closing. I don’t know if they if there is a solution to that but it’s not a deal breaker, just might damage the curtain after time. The 4th floor look out and pool is a nice little hang out spot. Con - For me is the breakfast. I would say expanded the kitchen options for breakfast. They only offered eggs and omelets. I don’t eat eggs due to allergies, so I had to have what few options on the bar counter. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We had a great stay, and we were very happy with the service, attentiveness to details and the level of comfort. Thanks to Luciana, Maria Laura, Erick, Yair, Silvana, Jorge and the housekeeping staff. I totally recommend this hotel; it is as exactly as it is in the pictures, and they make you feel welcomed and relaxed. They deserve a 10/10.

The staff was professional. The hotel is beautiful with very nice fixtures . It is located in a central area near all the shops / restaurants
