Great location, literally right across the street from the castle and a mall. Room/bed very comfy. Hot water and good pressure in the shower, along with a clothesline for hand washing clothes/your face towel if needed. Mini bar with good variety and good prices. TV has several channels in multiple languages. Can't speak to the complimentary breakfast, as it only consisted of eggs. The restaurant menu in general is small but the food is really good. I ate there daily, and the service was mostly good, except for the last 2 days: the drink quality and speed of service diminished, which is unfortunate. Overall, good stay.

Let me tell you about their outdoor bar Pink Dolphin Bar is amazing just sitting down there is a whole experience, surrounded by palm trees a pool jacuzzi the ocean and a perfect view of sunset. Now the BEST BEST was the service top top I was helped by Lino Escudero, Kelly Torres, Marian Bonias and Stephanie everyone is professional and know how to help and what to offer. Furthermore try one of their local cocktails and you have to try their artesian brick oven pizza. 10/10

The hotel staff are very polite, rooms are clean but feel and smell very damp as there are no open windows or ventilation impossible to dry anything there are no lines to hang your clothes in the shower room so basically your wet shorts from the beach stay wet. I would not recommend this hotel for more than a couple of days. Breakfast is decent and included in the room. The one thing that bugged me was there is no menu for food and beverages in English ( only Spanish considering I booked to stay here because I thought it would be continental it has nothing in English so I could not read and order myself from the menu and everything I ordered with the Spanish waiter, got messed up as is English was not good I don’t think it would be that hard to make a simple menu in English I would not stay here again for a week even if the location is good.
