I stayed here for only one night and the deposit I was charged for breakages was a whopping $250, more than the cost of the night stay. Furthermore, the deposit is only refunded in 3 - 5 business days after the stay. Disappointing.

Check in and room was great, but the view out the window looked like a refuse centre full of rubbish, broken cars and a derelict house. Very very poor....should have complained and asked for a new room. Will contact management and make this request...shocking that a room would have that outlook.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with cafes within walking distance and 5 minutes by car to Westfields shopping centre.

It was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet and easy to relax. Room wasn't ready on time but did not mind too much. Parking was tight. Overall had a great experience and would stay again.

I made a booking and paid for the room, then received a phone call from the hotel.. In that conversation I was asked how many guest will they be expecting? I said two then she then said manager decision is not to give you the room. Poor service and communication.. As I asked for a reason for this decision and there was no reasoning other than managers choice.. poor poor service took my money and still waiting on the refund..

Staff were very friendly and professional. Very helpful communicating all important information regarding are arrival and stay.

Stay was ok. Accommodation was at a good location nearby many eateries, train station, mall. All in walking distance. Overall above average.

A Very nice "Home away from Home"! Super clean and comfortable apartments, everything you could need for a family of 4! On site gym facilities are a bonus. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrival, and only to willing to help out with any needs along the way. Housekeeping staff were also super helpful and friendly, definitely deserve a mention.
