Welcome fisherman and families alike! Located directly on the Carrabelle River you have a fantastic deep pool fishing spot right on the dock, where you can tie up your boat. Dock is equipped with a cleaning station, electricity and water. House is 2BR 2BA 1100 sqft modular home. Master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower combo. Second bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. Hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully stocked including drip coffee maker, blender, crock pot, and toaster along with refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The open concept dining/living area includes a reclining couch and rocking chair, and dining seating for 4. Overflow seating is on the porch with 4 high-top chairs and table. Large screen smart TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Peacock along with DVD player and extra HDMI hookup. A selection of movies and books are provided. High-speed wi-fi throughout the house. Under the stilt house is a nice patio area with Weber grill, Blackstone griddle complete with utensils, ice machine, and bait freezer. It's the perfect place to cook your catch and enjoy the spectacular view! Fold up table and chairs provided along with beach chairs and an extra fishing pole. Pedal bikes are also provided. Screened in porch above overlooks the beautiful river where you can relax and enjoy morning coffee/tea and evening drinks! White sand beach is just 2 miles away to the west. If you are bringing a boat there is a free boat launch at the end of Timber Island road that can accommodate any size boat. Boat ride to the mouth of the river from the house is about 15 minutes in no wake zone. Be sure to spend some time at Dog Island which is only accessible by boat. Often times it feels like you have the island to yourself! Plenty of on-site parking under the house or in the driveway, and large/wide driveway to easily maneuver your rig! There is a converted garage King bedroom/1BA apartment next door which is blocked when this property is rented.
