房間非常好，度假酒店，一室一廳，空間足夠大，非常舒適，大堂寬敞明亮，非常喜歡。早餐品種和國內五星沒得比，但已經比波多黎各其他酒店好太多了。

The worst hotel of my 1 month trip through south america.. No help of staff and very unfriendly..

Very nice hotel, clean, spacious room. Breakfast could be more varied, but freshly prepared omelettes were good. And the best thing was the outdoor pool. We especially appreciated the evening swimming. Unlike other hotels, the pool was open until 10pm.

The room was smaller than i expected and the view was not very good . Both the bathroom and bedroom sink went down real slow . I have stayed there before and this was my most unpleasant stay

We had a great time! Embassy Suites is a great hotel very close to the airport and Old San Juan. The suites are clean and spacious. The employees are really friendly and the ****** is great. ***********. Elizet Ortiz, the Assistant Manager for the ******. She is the greatest asset this hotel has!

Front desk staff friendly, valet parking staff too. Pool was huge, loved the ****** & beds were very comfortable. Loved the place. They have a ******
