Cozy one bedroom condo, located across from the ocean and has a wonderful view of the pool.You can hear the sounds of the ocean while relaxing on the balcony. The condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator service. Condo includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer, internet, cable, and pool.The ocean is just across the street and with public beach access. The fishing pier, Freeman Park, local restaurants, and Boardwalk are a short drive away.Spend you "staycation" close to home, or choose to work from the beach. BRAND NEW SOFA/PULL OUT BED WITH MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. Beach Getaway
We had a great time! Due to some last minute changes we had to quickly find a new place for just the two of us. This condo worked out perfectly. Very clean and easy check in/out. The pool was also very clean, a little cool this time of year but still enjoyable. I’ve stayed at quite a few CB properties over the last 10 years, this one made the list of favorites. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to the pier, swim in the pool, and walk to the beach. We even walked to the boardwalk twice. It was truly a trip to remember as we got engaged at the CB state park! Just a short drive away. The hosts were great with very detailed check in and check out information. As someone who likes to know all the details upfront this was very helpful. Left us with no questions. We hope to return in the future.

Overall I was very satisfied, condo was clean and comfortable. The communication between me and the owner needs improvement, I had an issue trying to enter when I first arrived and attempted to call and they didn't respond until two days later. Also I was not left with instructions on access to the pool. They left me a key but didn't say what it was for.

Property was quiet and good location. Just a short walk to the beach. Weather was disagreeable but I was content sitting on balcony drinking coffee.
I stayed 8 days and was only given two bath towels and one dish towel. There were no bath cloths or dish cloths. Otherwise, stay was very nice.
