This 1st floor home has expansive water views and a short walk to beach, pier, and very popular ''north end''. The Yachtsman offers a waterfront inground pool, bathroom, boat dock, pier, fish cleaning station and ice machine. Assigned parking so you never have to worry about a parking space. Included washer / dryer and WIFI. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Please contact us in regard to pets..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please bring your own beach / pool towels. Please do not bring bathroom towels to the beach or pool. There were some minor issues with the condo but we had a nice time. Could definitely use some upgrades on the patio.

Refresh & Reset
The condo was in the perfect location overlooking the marina. It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the beach. The boardwalk was minutes away and plenty of activities for fun. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental Experience
We really enjoyed ourselves. The view was like a painting.The decor and furnishings were beautiful. Easy access to amenities.Location was perfect distance to restaurants,grocery stores and souvenir shops.Host communicated well.Great surprise and rental(vrbo) experience
