For shared use: park (fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking. Shop 100 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac", thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur". Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, sailing school 300 m, riding stable 4 km. Nearby attractions: La Trinité sur Mer 6 km, La Presqu'Ile de Quiberon 14 km, Alignements de Carnac 3 km, Auray 18 km, Vannes 33 km, Lorient 52 km. Hiking paths: le Golfe du Morbihan. 1-room studio 26 m2. Renovated in 2021, comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, microwave, grill). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (1). View of the garden. Location très bien placée, accès ville, plage. Equipement cuisine sanitaire parfait. En ce qui concerne la literie tout est a revoir. (alèse sale (cheveux, poils et taches), literie très bruyante. DOMMAGE!!!!!!

Diese Ferienwohnung kann nur empfohlen werden - ruhig, sehr gute Ausstattung, das Meer ist nur 130 m entfernt. Würden sie wieder buchen.
