Single-family house "Rayon de soleil", built in 1930, renovated in 2021. In the resort 200 m from the centre of Carnac Plage, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, from the sea, 250 m from the beach. Private: well-kept garden 900 m2, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, 2 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Carnac" 200 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur". Sports harbour 800 m, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, surf school 6 km, sailing school 800 m. Nearby attractions: Les alignements de Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer 4 km, Presqu'ile de Quiberon 15 km, Vannes 35 km, Lorient 55 km, Belle île en mer, Houat, Hoedic. Hiking paths: le Golfe du Morbihan. 4-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Hip bath/WC. Electric heating. Garden 900 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the garden and the resort. The house is nice inside, it has been renovated and is a good place to relax. The location is super central, the sea, restaurants, bakers, butchers, supermarket around the corner, but the cleanliness and beauty around the house are a bit lacking. In my op

Beautiful comfortable house with a large shaded garden. Very well located in the center of Carnac Plage and despite everything calme. Everything is perfect for a good holiday
