I got very sick and was unable to make the trip. I called to cancel TWO days before my arrival, nobody answered the phone two different times I called. No voice mail. Used chat to send them a message which they didn’t respond to and when they finally called me back, they wouldn’t make an exception to cancel my reservation, therefore charging me for the room I didn’t stay in. Rude and I’ll never book a room here again.
