Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Schlosshotel verbracht, alles war sehr gut, von der Aufmerksamkeit an der Rezeption bis zu dem Mann, der das Gepäck trägt, das Hotel ist erstaunlich und sehr sauber, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und sehr beeindruckend dekoriert, wir haben lego in england besucht, das hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, aber das kalifornische hotel war noch erstaunlicher, wir haben es geliebt, von der sauberkeit der zimmer bis zum service in der lobby. hier möchte ich eine anerkennung an Jorge Ignacio aussprechen, ein sehr freundlicher mann, er hat meinen kindern lego-abzeichen gegeben und uns zur wäscherei gebracht, die wirklich etwas versteckt ist, aber von da an gab es einen großartigen service von diesem jungen mann und allen angestellten dieses wunderbaren hotels. Wir werden wiederkommen.

The moment we pulled up to the hotel Talon was there to great my family with a smile and great hospitality. We were able to drop our bags off with him and head into the park while the room was finished getting ready. Was able to check in early which was a blessing cause the kids were ready for a break. Our bags were delivered and we got to see Talon again. He was there with another smile and some suggestions to make our stay better. Everything was amazing! One of our best family trip in California. One suggestion is to make reservations in person as they tend to fill up online and that’s the only way to dine in the hotels for breakfast accommodations. 10 out of 10. Kids loved the hotel so much and were bummed when we had to leave. So glad we did the hotel package on site and not at a hotel away from the park with early access to a few rides the next morning. So much fun!

La habitación es espaciosa y perfecta para una familia de 4. Las camas eran un poco incómodas especialmente la de los niños porque tenían un forro de plástico debajo, asumo era para evitar que los colchones se mojen si los niños sufrían algún "accidente de pis". La comida del Room Service es bastante rica y con porciones bastante grandes. Además te traen super rápido la comida. Las alfombras de los pasillos tienen un olor desagradable. En dos días que estuvimos en el hotel nunca nos limpiaron la habitación, aun habiendo puesto el cartel de solicitud de limpieza en la puerta. El desayuno es super completo pero solo si vas temprano, si vas después de las 09.30 hs más u menos ya encuentras mucho menos opciones para comer. El acceso directo al parque es super cómodo y también es muy bueno que los personajes de Lego suelen venir al hotel a sac**** fotos con los niños. El servicio de custodia de la maletas es muy bueno. Este hotel no es barato y nada de lo que se comercializa dentro del hotel lo es. Te cobran por pasar la barrera de entrada al hotel y también por el Parking. Así que si quieres pasar unos días aquí debes preparte con un buen presupuesto. En conclusión hemos pasado unos días hermosos en el parque, el segundo día nos llovió bastante y no pudimos hacer todas las actividades que queríamos pero igual nos divertimos mucho.

Awesome experience with my family. I booked a two days park hopper, which includes admissions and dinner for my family. Parking is 30/50 depending on valet or self parked. Food was excellent, amenities was far better than expected. All staff are friendly and courteous. Electric vehicles are free charging!!! hotel provides toys and bunk beds for my kids. Highly recommend for family getaway.
