pleasant surprise! The room was more like a full one-bedroom apartment — spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both well-maintained and relaxing — a great way to unwind. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to the highway, so it can get a bit loud when you open the door. Still, it’s a great value for the price and definitely worth the stay overall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Western Hotel Review I’m giving Best Western five stars for the noticeable improvements, especially the better breakfast and the plenty of convenient parking. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, especially Noel, who deserves five stars on his own. He is polite, attentive, and takes the time to check our membership status (Platinum) to ensure we receive the appropriate benefits. That level of care and professionalism is truly appreciated. Lucy from the breakfast area also deserves recognition—she is friendly, efficient, and hardworking. In contrast, during a previous interaction with a different manager, our extension request was limited to one complimentary hour without much discussion of our membership status or benefits. We have experienced more flexibility in the past, so consistency in recognizing member status would be appreciated. Overall, the staff—especially Noel and Lucy—made our stay much better. Thank you for the continued improvements.!!!!!

We experienced multiple issues during our stay, including a one-hour wait at check-in after being told it would take only 20 minutes. We were later awakened by a malfunctioning smoke detector that was wet and dripping, requiring a late-night room change for safety reasons. The new room lacked basic supplies such as sufficient tissue. While staff were courteous, maintenance and service fell below expectations!!!!!
