We recently stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights. It’s tranquil setting nestled in the country offers scrumptious breakfasts, spotlessly clean rooms with all the amenities plus peace and quiet, yet only being a short 20 minute drive to Ottawa. Our wonderful hosts Shelley and Serge were personable, welcoming and offered warm hospitality second to none.

Beautiful place with superb detailed oriented host. Extremely clean throughout with spacious bedroom. Shelley’s love of cooking comes through in the exquisite candlelight breakfast served. Was spoiled with a fresh lemon balm tea along with a delicious piece of lavender cake all from her garden. Thanks!

We have stayed with our 3 children at the Boston T B&B and it was fantastic. Everything your read about Serge and Shelley (the hosts), the rooms and breakfast is true. Serge and Shelley created an environment where you can relax, enjoy and feel completely feel safe after a busy day in Ottawa. We wanted to visit Ottawa but not feel the rush of the city the whole time. Downtown Ottawa was a 20 mniutes drive and that was perfect for us. We feel we got the best of both worlds: visit a great city and afterwards surround yourselve with nature. The children loved to cool off in the pool and we got to spend time with Serge and Shelley. It was our first experience in any B&B, we had a great time. Thank you Serge and Shelly!

The Boston T B&B is amazing. We (two couples) stayed 3 nights there. Serge and Shelly were great hosts. They were so generous with their home and their time. The candlelight breakfasts were so delicious and relaxing. The rooms were so comfortable, clean and private. We swam in the pool. We met their dogs, Princess and Daisy. We learned a lot about what to see in the local area. When we left, we felt we were leaving friends.

The hosts, Shelley and Serge, in my eyes could be the new Mary Poppins “practically perfect in every way”! We arrived to freshly baked treats and a selection of teas which included gluten free for me. The second afternoon, Shelley even made me peanut butter cups. What a star! You only get Reece’s in the U.K., so the revelation that you can make them has changed my life! Breakfast was equally amazing, tasty, inventive and abundant with fresh fruit and vegetables….. and the sausages were gluten free, another rare find. Shelley and Serge discretely sounded out our interests, and recommended things to do and see which were right up our street, restaurants similarly. Nothing more than a short 15 minute drive away. Slightly further, you’re in Ottawa for theatres, museums, history and safe cycle hire. I would return without hesitation if I’m passing near Ottawa again. Impeccable attention to detail.

We have visited twice in the past several months and our stays were fantastic. Beautiful property in a lovely neighbourhood minutes away from the Queensway. Large communal spaces to relax in at the end of the day. The breakfasts are reason enough to stay at the Boston T. And the Boston Terriers are adorable. A relaxing, spotless, friendly and safe home away from home with fantastic friendly hosts. Thanks so much and we look forward to our next stay! Thanks Shelley & Serge!
