We camped for one night. The photos that are on the website are outdated. The pool is empty and run down. While the golf course was in great shape - the campsites weren’t. There was overflowing garbage cans and overgrown weeds and grass. With some cleanup it would be a lot nicer. It’s such a nice spot - too bad the upkeep isn’t done.

This hotel definitely does not live up to its name, and is nothing like the photos on their website. It's shabby, scruffy and desperately needs a complete renovation. The room was tatty, balcony was unusable and looked onto weeds. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, it was disgusting! Couldn't use the air conditioning as it was ancient and far too loud. Would never recommend to anyone.

i decided to give the resort a visit after i'd heard of plans to improve the property.just driving in we could see that it had been just a publicity stunt.the place looked like it had not been painted in thirty years!we got an outdated overpriced room which had an unpleasant odor to it.the balcony looked decrepit like it might collapse.from there we could see the pool was'nt running.all in all everything looked run down with no upkeep whatsoever.this place appears to have a bad lack of management or none at all.

We always camp power or no power. If you love golf the course is beautiful, if you are more about fishing, you are minutes away from many lakes and streams. Management always has time for you and will address any concerns immediately. Over and above, fantastic hospitality. Do not pass this up!

We had booked this as a family get away for a bit of golf, and lounge around the pool. Rooms are gross, dated and disgusting. The pool is permanently closed, broken, weeds growing in it, and the Steak House is closed. Super disappointed and will not come back nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had read the reviews and tried to change our accommodation but all the others we were offered sounded even worse. We thought let’s give it a go. Checked in and it was hot and the guy said check out our pool on such a hot day. He said it like proud of it. Well….. no way would you get in it, the bottom was black and green,broken tiles, definitely would of caught something ha ha. The golf course looked fab, the walks round the lakes were lovely. The rooms were grotty, balcony and fake grass pretty dirty. We made most of it but glad only 2 nights. The grounds around the hotel needed cleaning up, piles of rubbish from a wedding covered by sheets and broken furniture lying around. Very overgrown and clearly concentrating on the golf not the hotel. An experience! Nowhere to walk to for food and no food available at hotel so had to drive. Ate at nice diner at 100 mile house.
