北加帝夫普瑞米爾飯店(Cardiff North)

This is my first time to Cardiff North. The self service check-in was fast. Learnt I was allotted a room on Ground floor, I asked a staff in the restaurant for an immediate change of room. She took prompt action and replaced me a room on 2/F. I'm very satisfied with it. The room was bright and comfortable. The minor thing I've to mention is the room service forgot to tidy my room on the third day but it was still fine with me. I definitely will revisit in my next trip to Cardiff.

Easy parking right outside the inn. Warm welcome from friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean and had every thing that we needed for our stay. Had a great breakfast on both days of our stay.

Went down for dinner at 7:30, was told that there were no spaces and come back in an hour. The restaurant and was not even half full.I went down at 8:30, was shown to a table and ordered beer. 20 minutes later they came and asked what I wanted to eat but still no beer. 10 minutes later my beer arrived. I ordered my meal, chicken wings and sirloin steak. I asked for my steak to be medium to rare. The chicken wings arrived and looked like very very small drumsticks that were overcooked. My steak arrived some 20 minutes later and was more well done than medium rare. I was so disappointed and wonder how such a simple meal could be ruined. The room on the other hand was not too bad.

Visited here last year ,reception, dining area, bar and lounge has been renovated to a very high standard, very comfortable and child friendly, will definitely come back.

This had been the worst mattress we have slept on for a very long time and had very little sleep and cannot believe this is a Hypnos mattress as thats always been the reason for us staying at Premier Inns, no issues with the rest of the hotel but considering you book these rooms for a good nights sleep this did not prove the case

Good location, nice hotel, clean rooms, Convenient distance to city center however far enough to be quiet, good food provided on meal deal. Issues with key card for room not working however Kat on reception helped with this. Would stay again in the future

10/5, Duty manager Kit was very helpful, me and my girlfriend had a meal deal, he was very helpful in guiding us to the best food on the menu, kit had mentioned he was new to the area but still had some very good recommendations for restaurants and knew all the bus routes from Cardiff north to the centre. Rooms amazing and exceeded our expectations for a premier inn. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Food amazing and area is amazing for short walks.

Not informed during check in that I needed to request a room service - clean, during a 3 night stay. No clean towels. No fresh water. Phoned reception - 10 minute wait. Went to the hotel reception, told I would receive items and I did not! Appalling service. Also I was in one of the Premier Plus Rooms. Air Con does not work. Repulsive hotel. Repulsive standards.

We stayed at this hotel 4 years ago and the changes since then have been monumental. A complete refurbishment has taken place. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in is fully automated but fairly straightforward but staff will help if required. There is plenty of seating around the bar area. Restaurant is also spacious.
