Another great stay at this hotel. Convenient location for easy access to the city. Modern bar and restaurant. Staff friendly and efficient as always, easy check in.Very clean room with everything we needed and a fab breakfast. Good value for money, we will be back.

I'd just like to say a huge thanks to the staff at the premier inn north Cardiff they went above and beyond to make my son's graduation go smoothly they took a cake and bottle of champagne of me the day before and it was waiting in his room when he checked in . They all came over to our table one at a time through the evening to congratulate him. That went along way especially with my son . The place looks absolutely amazing and the food was spot on .And the staff Sam and Megan and Simon are an absolute credit to the premier in chain. Weve had loads of friends asking what hotel was it in the pictures as its well decorated clean and looked very modern and trendy . My son's actually coming back to us the end of February and they are booking back up .We were there on the 23rd of January 2025 Cheers guys .

I would like to thank SAM STEPH VAL and KAREN for my making my birthday a happy one. We came yesterday as a large family group for my Birthday Breakfast The staff catered for us with kindness and patience. Place was stunning staff very efficient friendly and polite and the food was 5 star. Thanks you so much we will definitely be back 🎉🎉

Booking a premier plus room, I expected more, We had to ask for extra tea, coffee, biscuits/ chocolate ( they'd run out!!) heater, towel. Even at dinner, which was a long wait, I had to ask for a whole portion of fries!! Bed was comfy and we had a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast overall good. Good security. No road noise from level 4. Good enough location, close to Cardiff but free parking.

Fab hotel with fantastic staff. Jason was without a doubt the highlight of our stay, he was super friendly and accommodating. He really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a great evening and had everything we needed with a smile. Would definitely stay again ☺️

I just want to say , Jason absolutely made our night. Such a positive, fun energy. Let us play elf on the shelf for as long as we wanted , served the drinks with a smile, honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bar tender. Lovely man , made a lot of peoples night
