Beautiful top floor ocean view beach house. Unobstructed ocean views from Swamis to La Jolla. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and grocery store. Very friendly neighbors!Three bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Third bedroom can act as an office too. Pull out couch in this room is a TempurPedic, it is very comfortable.All Furniture in the unit is brand new.
