We did not receive advice that the the hotel cannot be accessed by car, so Satnav is not helpful. It was almost 9pm when we left the airport 11minutes away by car, but we did not arrive until 90 minutes, within the traffic-free old city. Phone calls to the hotel (separate phones, several occasions) connected us to a Tesla Charging number(we had a VW hire car|) or an Agent Immobilier. By asking local people on the street and in a restaurant, we eventually arrived at a secure hotel carpark with electronic code access, a young man appeared as he was locking up for the night. He told us we were lucky to find him there. We parked and were transported by him via a circuitous and improbable route through the fortifications. Why were we not given directions to this car park and why was this system not explained to us? Diabolical!

Fue una belleza alojarse en este hotel y ver la ciudad de noche con el castillo iluminado . Recomiendo saltarse los típicos tours e ir caminando desde el hotel hasta el hotel de la cite , entrar e ir a tomar un trago en la barra de sus jardines . Es una experiencia única El hotel dijon las chicas han sido muy amables conmigo tuve un problema con las tarjetas de crédito y me ayudaron , muy serviciales y el desayuno es una eqsitoez los croasants todo riquísimo . Un sueño carcasonne y el hotel lo hizo aún mejor . Cuando se van los turistas la noche es tan silenciosa y única , es una belleza

The superior room was days, dusty, cob webs, musty and one solitary old bottle warm musty water as the sole item in the non working minibar. Minimal bathroom accessories and no where near the normal 4 star standard and baseline charges that were charged

Parfait! Hôtel idéalement placé dans la Cité de Carcassonne. Très bon accueil. Je recommande le service voiturier très pratique pour l’acheminement des bagages.

Superbe hôtel avec sa cour intérieure! On a adoré notre séjour et nous n’irons pas ailleurs si nous avons la chance de revenir à Carcassonne!

Estáncia agradable La bañera debería tener pasamanos y un tapete antiderrapante extremadamente peligroso. Bañarse en esas tinas, deberían hacer algo al respecto y evitarían muchos accidentes.
