Enjoy island living at its best with great views and easy access to several beaches within 3 minute stroll!
Reverse osmosis drinking water system
Empty lots on all sides provides more privacy and is quieter too
Masterful design & modern luxury. Enjoy gathering in the Expansive living room featuring Hardwood floors large windows & glass sliding doors leading out to the covered deck
Fully equipped kitchen , modern bathrooms and excellent decor , also comes with golf cart to explore the island.
All new ceramic tile/hardwood/luxury showers, granite tops and hardware
We have also provided beach towels , beach chairs , hair dryers, iron and ironing board
Gourmet Kitchen with granite tops, stainless sink and appliances, refrigerator with filtered ice and water , microwave, stoke, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender etc

Enjoy the five miles of pristine, sandy beaches.
Tour the island's sandy roads on your beach buggy.
Electric golf carts are the only form of transportation on the island.
Go fishing from the beach, docks, boats and guided fishing charters.

Watch the manatees and dolphins play near the airstrip.
Go hiking in the 350 acre state wildlife preserve.

The island and location were exactly what we needed! Disconnecting was our goal! The communication with the property managers coming into our trip was good. All questions were answered. There was an issue with our “late arrival”. There is no indication in any of the information that stated what a late arrival was considered, but just a mention of a 75 fee for it. We were arriving on the last ferry at 6:30pm and that is considered late. The hours of check in are 4pm-5:30. So be aware of that when you travel. Our groceries were ordered ahead of time and put away for our arrival. That’s totally worth the extra money!!! There are spices there, such as S&P, Pam, but not much else. The living space and bedrooms are great! We were comfortable and had a great visit!The beach chairs, small cooler and umbrella were a great benefit!!The listing for the house showed bikes, kayaks, paddles, and carts for them. There was only 1 kayak, no paddle, no cart, and no bikes. This was actually a draw for us with this property. We had a few issues with the golf cart that is provided. When notifying the property about it, we got no response. Then when it quit working altogether, we were told that there was no one to help us and it’s unfortunate. It had rained and several of the roads were flooded, so we walked barefoot to get places! We will definitely be back to the island, probably not using this property management group.

We loved it!
This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable.
There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. All tires were flat and seats were loose and the pump that was there didn't work. We asked for help and a staff member was sent with a pump, but didn't have any tools to fix the seats. So one ended up usable enough for my son to ride around, but don't depend on these for family rides. Some of the bikes were so rusted out that they just need to be trashed. This didn't affect our stay, though. The golf cart got us around and it wasn't a far walk to the beaches either.
We did the grocery delivery and it was so nice to just arrive and have everything there ready to use. We also did a mid-week liquor order and that worked out great.
we thought internet would be a problem based on other reviews, but it was fine for watching movies in the evening and surfing facebook during some downtime.
We can't wait to go back!
