赫利俄斯別墅 卡普里

Booked several months in advance, used a third party ***********. Received a notification right before our stay that I needed to update my credit card info within 24 hours to hold my reservation (received a new credit card with a new number since the time of booking), updated my card right away, but Helios has a policy that if they run your card and it doesn’t go through, they cancel your booking immediately. In my case, they also rebooked our room right away, were fully booked as a results and were very rude to me on the phone when I called to see what had happened and if I could rebook with them. I feel that *********** is partly at fault, but just a heads up as was such a bad experience dealing directly with Helios and left us scrambling for new accommodations at the 11th hour and paying an arm and a leg for a few nights in Capri elsewhere. Ideally, would have given me 24 hours to update my card and held the room and wouldn’t have been so rude when I called.

Shortly after arriving at Villa Helios we discovered our room was infested with mosquitos - one of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff did nothing to try and resolve the situation, and the hotel manager said he had never heard of such a thing and we would have to talk to the owner of the hotel! The villa is also very worn with little upkeep - desperately in need of fresh paint, fixtures, replacing broken toilet seats, etc. You can do much better elsewhere in Capri - stay at your own risk!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Villa Helios auf Capri im Zimmer 102. Dieses Zimmer ( und das Zimmer 101 ) liegen außerhalb des Haupthauses und sind unter den Weg der zum Hügel hinaufführt gebaut. Durch diese Lage wurden wir morgens durch den früh beginnenden Verkehr über uns ( Passanten mit Rollenkoffern und Elektrowagen ) geweckt. Also wirklich nicht zu empfehlen für lärmempfindliche Langschläfer. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse üppig. Der Preis für unser Zimmer, insbesondere durch oben beschriebenen Umstand, völlig überteuert, was meiner Meinung nach auf ganz Capri zutrifft. Wer nicht auf Massentourismus zu extremen Preisen steht, sollte um Capri und das Hotel Villa Helios einen großen Bogen machen.

En bref, le cadre est très agréable mais les prestations sont inexistantes. L’Hôtel bénéficie en effet de superbes terrasse et jardin avec une jolie vue sur la mer havre de quiétude au milieu de Capri. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais un peu austères. Et pourtant ; l’hôtel manque cruellement de services, que cela soit les réceptionnistes inutiles - Pour donner un exemple, nous avons demandé un adaptateur de prises électriques, celles dans les chambres n’étant pas aux normes européennes, ce à quoi on nous a répondu qu’il n’en avait point - et ne parlant absolument pas français (comme indiqué sur la page tripadvisor), très difficilement l’anglais ; la salle du petit-déjeuner est étriquée, austère et sombre. Quant au contenu en lui même, mis à part les croissants parfumés à la fleur d’oranger, tout est très moyen avec un choix peu varié. Il faut pourtant le commander à l’avance. Pour résumer si vous n’attendez rien d’un hôtel sinon de pouvoir réaliser un reportage photographique vous risquez d’être déçu.

Ho soggiornato in maggio solo per pochi giorni ma è davvero un posto speciale nel quale voglio ritornare. Camera vista mare colazione sul terrazzo, hotel centrale ma fuori dal caos. Grazie ad Alessandro il Direttore e ai consigli di Francesco. Prossimo anno torneremo ❤️

L'hotel Helios è un piccolo hotel ricavato in una antica villa con uno splendido giardino. A pochi passi dalla Piazzetta con la sua movida e lo shopping rappresenta al tempo stesso un'oasi di pace. Personale gentile e camere confortevoli. Buona la colazione
