The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in considering all hotels around the world! The location is excellent and close to the market square. Francesco and Florencio were top notch! They both offered the most excellent service with a smile! They made each day extra special. Breakfast was incredible, the best French toast ever. Very gracious and kind staff. We will be back ASAP!!!

dopo diversi anni ritorniamo nell’hotel dove che per trent’anni siamo stati clienti certo tutto è cambiato ovviamente in meglio anche se prima aveva un’aria più caprese abbiamo fatto in terrazza un fantastico brunch ovviamente non poteva essere altrimenti visto che lo chef è Gennaro Esposito due stelle Michelin, cibo veramente fantastico molto variegato bellavista a gogo servizio attento anche perché siamo assistiti da Ermelinda ragazza veramente capace attentissima a tutto che dire e stato bello ritornarci.

Titubante all’arrivo, si e’ rivelato un soggiorno fantastico nella mia isola preferita. Hotel extralusso nel cuore di Capri. Hotel dove vedere lo struscio e farsi vedere. Hotel dove essere se sei a Capri. Ambiente fresco, raffinato e cordiale. Le camere impeccabili, non grandi ma curate nel minimo dettaglio. Servizio in camera all’altezza ed oltre. Colazione in terrazza super chic, qualità altissima. Il personale molto gentile specialmente in reception e in piscina. Non vedo l’ora di tornare. Hotel da provare senza pensarci due volte.

One of the best hotels my wife and I have been too. It was the first holiday we have had without the kids. The attention to detail was unbelievable. From the fittings and fixtures to the service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough. At the pool they didn’t have pizza on the menu but we asked and they obliged. We also bought a special bottle of wine and they let us open it at the restaurant. We needed a casual restaurant on the last night for 20 of us! They not only booked it but took us there. The breakfast is amazing. We will miss all the wonderful people!

Wir haben angeblich einen Upgrade bekommen und hatten für 1.550€ die Nacht eine View zum Müll und wenn der Müll um 06:00 Uhr morgens geschmissen wird, müssen wir auch mitaufstehen. Außerdem hatten wir eine Lampe kaputt gemacht, wir haben das Empfang angerufen. Sie sind gekommen und hatten um die 40 Minuten im Raum verbracht, um das Ding wegzunehmen, dann wurde der Raum gereinigt und wurden selbstverständlich Fotos aufgenommen. Beim check-out wurde nix erwähnt. Kaum die Insel verlassen, haben sie 850€ aus der Karte, ohne jegliche Absprache abgebucht. Als ich angerufen hatte, wurde uns vorgeworfen, dass sie die Lampe erst dann entdeckt hatten und wir angeblich nicht gewarnt hatten. Als ich die Fotos angefordert hatte, war zu sehen dass wir noch da waren, da unsere Sachen zu sehen waren. Außerdem die Lampe war gar nicht im Raum beim checkout. Sehr unprofessionnell und lächerliches Verhalten für den Preis. Ich habe erklärt, dass sie die Karte nicht ohne Absprache und Rechnung angefasst werden soll und vor allem nicht in so einem Hotel. Ich habe um eine Rechnung gebeten, da ich das über meine Haftpflicht Versicherung bezahlen möchte. Natürlich haben wir das Geld nicht erstattet bekommen aber dafür eine Rechnung a 850€ und abgebucht wurden außer die 850€ nochmal 600€ am nächsten Tag. Die Lampe kostet mittlerweile 1.450€ aber mit einer Rechnung in Höhe von 800€ und keiner kümmert sich darüber, Hauptsache Geld kassieren. Um eine Rückserstattung interessiert sich keiner und emails werden auch nicht beantwortet. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung Nicht empfehlenswert

Bellissimo hotel proprio nel centro di Capri. Finemente ristrutturato e con un ottimo servizio sia al bar che al ristorante, dove si mangia molto bene.
