Sedert kort overgenomen door een uiterlate vriendelijk Belgisch koppel die vooheen een hotel in Kaapstad uitbaatten. We werden hartelijk ontvàngen met een glas wijn en genoten een vriendelijke uitleg. De guesthouse was zeer ruim met ook een ruime badkamer en geeft zicht op een zeer mooie grote tuin. Men kan er ‘s avonds lekker eten en ook het ontbijt was uitstekend. Je hebt er een koud buffet aangevuld met een keuze uit warm ontbijt. Een echte aanrader… ben ik nog eens on Zuid-Afrika ga ik zeker terug.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise in diesem Hotel. Beim letzten Mal waren wir im Excelsior Manor, welches leider ausgebucht war und sie haben uns dann dieses ebenfalls ausgezeichnete Guest House emfohlen. Super schöne Lage, grosser Kakteen Park, sauberer Pool, ausgezeichnetes Restaurant und sehr schöne Zimmer. Jederzeit wieder! Können es allen weiterempfehlen.

The best thing about this hotel is the grounds. The amount of work that must go into maintaining the stunning cactus gardens is unreal. It was like staying in your own personal botanical gardens. It was so peacful to sit in the sun after breakfast and listen to all the bird song. The room was simple and stylishly decorated with enough room for 2 people. It was very dark and quiet so we slept really well. We had dinner in their restaurant, as well as breakfast. All the food was really delicious and well cooked and the staff were really friendly and attentive. We only stayed 1 night on our way along the garden route and we didnt realise until we got there that there was so much to do in the local area. I would definitly go back and explore this part of SA a bit more.

A lovely stay at Mo & Rose
Great stay. The gardens are stunning. The pool was lovely & we were very comfortable in our room. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant here and breakfast was also very good.
All of the team we met were exceptional - friendly & great at their jobs.
My only regret is that we did not stay longer than one night. We will be back!

We had a one night stay. What an absolute stunning place. Amazing staff, Sipo in reception was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and beautiful. Fireplace going to keep warm. We had everything we need. Amazing food (dinner and breakfast) at the Succulent restaurant with amazing service from our waitress and kitchen staff. We had the most beautiful views of the garden as well as the surrounding mountains. Overall very happy. Thank you we will be there again!
