We checked into the hotel for an 11 day stay, and my wife said on the second night that she was bitten by something. I initially thought she imagined it, but low and behold, soon after we found flees in our bed. I have travelled far and wide all over the world but never experienced this, not even in a 2-star hotel. When I reported this to the front desk the next morning, I received no apology - we were simply moved to another room. While room service was normally quite fast, on out last evening, my order had not arrived after nearly two hours - even though I phoned and followed up. Simply received a curt "we are very busy" response. Staff is generally speaking, quite friendly and helpful, though. I will, however, not ever stay here again if I can help it.
