Tres tres bien situé. Personnel souriant et aidant. Tres bonne cuisine , saine, ce qui est rare en afrique du sud. Chambres tres spacieus et confortables. Fruits tous les jours. Deco refaite vers 2022. Dommage car beaucoup moins belle que l'ancienne. Espace piscine petit et bruyant musique disco trop forte. Manager piscine peu aimable. Dommage. A revoir

My family and I had a wonderful stay here at the Cape Grace Hotel (July 2024). I would rate it 10 stars if I could! I will highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends if taking a trip to Cape Town, South Africa. The staff and accomodations were outstanding! The rooms were large and beautifully decorated and the bed and linens were so comfortable and soft! The bathroom was large and had everything we needed such as: lotion, shampoo, conditioner, soap, cotton balls, Q-tips, heated towels, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! The lobby, restaurants and bars were gorgeous and I especially loved all the fresh flower arrangements throughout the hotel and room. The hotel was in close walking distance to shopping and restaurants! We will definitely stay here again!

This beautifully renovated hotel has been a treat! Our spacious room with French doors overlooking the yacht harbor and Table Mountain is elegant and oh so comfortable for our three night stay. The staff are formal and yet so very helpful and kind. Lizka at the front desk has been a rich source of information and recommendations. We turn to her each day for her friendly face, banter and advice on where to go and even what shoes to wear! In the dining room the staff are attentive and sensitive to our quiet moments and the times we are ready to happily chat. Both Joanne and Sievewe made our day with their impeccable manners and happy conversation after our first cup of coffee! The food has all been delicious. We would love to come again and recommended Cape Grace to friends.

Well situated on the Waterfront, Cape Grace is a very accessible and comfortable hotel, recently very well restored in a somewhat safe classical impersonal style, lacking in local color. That being said, our room was calm, spacious and very comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the marina and table mountain. Breakfast was good and served with a smile. Staff throughout the hotel are attentive to detail and the needs of clients, and always smile. Special thanks to the ladies and the front desk who went over and beyond.

Have visited Cape Grace several times - now first time under Fairmont. We just love the place - the location, staff - home away from home feeling. We have been spoiled visiting many beautiful hotels in the world but for my wife Cape Grace it the one.....

Good classic hotel right on the V & A waterfront. Check in was efficient & staff were very friendly & explained the hotel facilities & general area to us. The room was comfortable & clean & the breakfast was plentiful with buffet & cooked options available. A good choice for a Cape Town hotel near to all points of interest.
