指南針旅館(Compass House Boutique Hotel - Adults Only)

Mold on the wall and careless staff. No solution offered, no empathy shown and simply told to cancel if not happy and could stay elsewhere. Yet, 4 weeks later still haven’t received the money back for the booking which we didn’t go for because of the horrible room condition. This place is anything but 5 star, overrated, poor service outdated rooms. Sad sad sad!

Sicher eins der schönsten Hotels in Cape Townes , es sei denn man bekommt die Suite für 1000€ für die Nacht,die unter dem Dach … dann ist’s leider bei mehr als 50 Grad im Zimmer und ohne Strom und somit Klimaanlage , leider nicht zum aushalten, Uns ist schon klar , das wir in Afrika oft ohne Strom sind , dann gehen halt aber auch keine 3000€ für 3 Tage… Sorry aber das geht leider gar nicht, wer gerne in einer Sauna übernachtet Herzlich willkommen. Das ist übrigens eine echte Reisebewertung und keine gekaufte.

Compass House 是我們蜜月的第一站，我們在那裡度過了 5 個美好的夜晚。由於好評如潮，我們被酒店吸引，非常期待在這裡開始我們的旅行。地點：位於班特里灣，酒店位於非常便利的位置，方便您前往獅頭山和廉價優步（Uber），遠離V&A、坎普斯灣和開普敦市中心。請注意，沒有可以步行輕鬆到達的餐廳或酒吧，您需要開車外出就餐。物業：酒店交通便利，有充足的停車位。整個酒店乾淨整潔，設計精美。無邊際泳池享有班特里灣的壯麗景色，是享用一杯葡萄酒和觀賞日落的絕佳場所。房間：我們住的房間不能直接俯瞰海灣，但很漂亮，有自己的小露台。浴室鬱鬱蔥蔥，設計精美，房間有足夠的儲物空間來存放我們的東西。我們遇到了一些浴室鏡燈無法正常關閉的問題，但最終得到了解決。服務：在酒店工作的員工總是很開朗，對我們提出的任何要求都很有反應。早餐很美味，用心製作。我們也很高興見到了該物業的所有者 Olivier。需要改進的地方：因為附近沒有餐館，晚上最好有一些食物/小吃（購買或其他方式）。這對於 COVID 環境可能不切實際，但一旦預訂恢復正常水平，酒店將很高興看到酒店實施。

在這裡遇到最好的服務真是太好了，很高興看到生活從0到100的變化，謝謝有興趣改變生活的人，從今天開始，從今天開始改變，不要害怕結果，生活就是生活，我們付出一切重新擁有生活

Très beau séjour

Thank you to Johan ,Gerard , Clio and Team for making our holiday and my partner’s 50th birthday so special . The hotel , service and food was outstanding ! We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Cape Town , Great location and short walk to the sea front

I don’t often write reviews; usually to complain or to extoll only. I’d rather not write a review here as I don’t want anyone to know about this gem for fear of not getting in again! Perfect perfect perfect.. attention to detail, fabulous breakfast, stunning room, beautiful cosy pool area with great views and plenty of sun. The staff were all on point the housekeeping immaculate, the upkeep of the property impeccable. If you’re looking for a boutique relaxed stay in Cape Town avoiding the crowds and bigger resort type hotels then this is your place. We will be returning for sure!

We have absolutely loved our stay at Compass House. Johan and Gerard couldn’t have done enough for us. Everything is immaculate here and the views are breathtaking. I particularly loved the breakfasts, the fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt was delicious and my husband loved the freshly made omelettes. A great stay for the end of our 3 week trip to South Africa. Thank you .

We loved everything about Compass House. The fabulour infinity pool, ideal for a dip before breakfast. The views. The breakfasts! Wow, so beautifully presented with fresh joices, home-made bread and yoghourt and prefectly done eggs any way you want them. Nice crispy bacon, too! Gerrard and his staff were fantastic - great service and attention to detail. We will definitely be back.
