The staff members at Fernwood Manor are attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The exquisitely decorated air-conditioned rooms are spacious and comfortable. The entire guest house is impeccably clean and well-maintained. From the rooms to the pool area, everything is spotless.

Come avevo già letto nelle varie recensioni ho avuto modo di confermare positivamente i giudizi sulla struttura. Accoglienti e ben curati gli interni, gli spazi comuni, la zona piscina, la stanza da letto e la sala adibita per la prima colazione.

We chose Fernwood mainly for the location and because of the justifyingly glowing reviews and picturesque property. The plan, on our last day in Cape Town, was to rise early, enjoy a fabulous breakfast at Fernwood, go to nearby Kirstenbosch Gardens in the morning and then have lunch at the highly rated Chefs Table at Beau Constantia, all before hopping on a direct flight back to NYC that evening. Our plans were dashed when at 7am we learned our United flight was cancelled and we had to scramble for alternative flight plans. All this to say that Jane and the staff at Fernwood went out of their way to help us during our hectic dilemma by allowing us to take over their office space, use their office computer and phone and then kindly bring us tea as we spent the better part of two hours sorting everything out. We then helped ourselves to their scrumptious buffet (sadly did not have time for the complete breakfast) as we rushed out the door to make use of our last hours in amazing Cape Town. Fernwood is lovely, the room and beds were comfortable and well appointed and the staff can’t be beat. We hope to be back again someday to enjoy the full experience.

Não é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel . Então já estou acostumada com o tratamento top. Desta vez senti mais frio, mais logo resolveram a minha situação. Sem críticas . Toda calma para você relaxar mesmo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernwood Manor. The staff were very kind and helpful, and could not have looked after us better. The location of the hotel was perfect, a peaceful setting that felt very secure, and with easy access to town and to both sides of the peninsula. We will certainly return and would recommend it to any of our friends visiting Cape Town.

Amazing specious room (Almond) with large balcony, dressina area and all that you could want. Normally we stay at the Vineyard but this room (with similar view of Cable Mountain) was so much better, Great staff, lovely garden/pool area, and great breakfast,

We hadden kamer aan het zwembad. Heerlijke bedden en alles zeer schoon. Fantastisch ontbijt! Puntje van kritiek is dat de badkamer erg klein is. Enorme pool (vrij diep); lekker om te zwemmen. De ligbedjes rondom de pool hebben niet veel plek om te manoeuvreren, maar het personeel is graag bereid bedjes in de tuin te zetten op het gras waar meer plek is.

This was our second stay at Fernwood, and we will certainly return again and again. The staff are wonderfully friendly, breakfast is incomparable and the rooms are clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Truly a home away from home.

Absolutely Superb, I was traveling on business and my stay was short but wow extremely memorable, the breakfast was delicious, my room was out of this work, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful.
