Barbecue included (tenant is responsible to refill the propane tank)About pets:Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Important NO pets on beds or sofas.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:IMPORTANT to have your pets out beds and sofas others guest that are allergic, respect house rules or you will be charge extra $500 cleaning fee.1. Residential Trash pick up is on Tuesday, please had the trash ready on Monday night.,2. Pool Maintenance is on Mondays.

Perfect and relaxing
We stayed for 8 weeks and this home does not disappoint! Completely reburbished in all marble and tile. Beautiful and comfortable furniture. Gorgeous heated pool and gazebo down by the water. Located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to the boat launch. Linens were abundant, new and washed each week. Kitchen is well-appointed with tons of appliances. There’s a putting green and cornhole outside and ping pong and bikes in the garage. Host Greisy was very attentive and responded quickly to our questions, etc. Would highly recommend!

Very Nice Stay
The house very clean and well stocked with the essentials.
There was more than enough room for the 5 persons there. Appliances were new and in working order. Although we did not use it, the pool was clean, clear, and heated. The dock on the canal was clean and nice. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The host was very responsive when I had questions. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the key box for the house with a key entry pad, if possible.
