Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge.
