House is on quiet street with no thru traffic and close to salt water canal. Old Cape Coral is only 3 miles away with great restaurants and bars, Rumrunners along with other shopping is close by at Cape Harbour and is a great evening place to mingle. Also 3 miles from Sun Splash Family water park, and miniature golf. Lots of room for the family!! About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:In a quiet neighborhood, no parties allowed, be respectful of neighbors...No smoking in house or pool area including the lanai,Absolutely no pets of any kind. If there is any evidence of pets on premises there will be a extra charge of 300 dollars for cleaning fees, etc..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood
We had a nice stay with family, we were all in town for my daughter's graduation from college. The house is in a great location, clean and had everything we needed in it for our stay, I would rent it again anytime.

Family Vacation
This was our first experience with a VRBO. The owner of the property replied to communications quickly. The house was clean and spacious. We would stay there again without any concern.

Nice Quiet Place but still Close to Everything
This property was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. Pool was awesome for the kids and we were still in a location that was close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Great Stay.
We had a wonderful 4 week stay. The property is located very centrally for Cape Coral.
Everything that you need for a stay is provided
The pool is fantastic, the temperature of the solar heated pool is perfect, a little nip on the surface but beautifully warm when you’re in.
We would really recommend this property and if we return to the area it certainly would be top of our list.

Great Place!
Great place to stay! Owners are very kind and easily accessible when needed! House is perfect for a family staying together. My 3 and 5yo enjoyed the pool very much! Neighborhood is quiet and only a 5-10 minute drive to restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely pool area
Great place to stay. Central location.
Pool and covered patio were amazing.
Having the little extras available such as dishwasher tabs, dish soap, toilet paper etc was a nice touch.

Cape Coral get away
Truly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Donna’s home! It was a great location; not too far from all the local attractions. The owners responded with any concerns we had. Looking forward to booking with them again!
