Excelente Muy lindo el lugar, la habitación cómoda para 8 personas, solo un baño pero es amplio. Todo muy limpio. Muy linda propiedad con vista al canal de agua.

The property itself is beautiful. Staff was very kind and professional. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. The unit had a broken sofa bed - left leg is breaking off and you sink down when you sit. Horrible to sleep on. It was late at night when we went to sleep we did not want to call the property and wake someone up. We opened the sofa bed and no sheets or pillow cases were provided. all that was in the closet were two pillows and a comforter and they knew four people were staying there as we had to give all of our names and it was booked for four guests.Our friends who slept in the bedroom, said the bed squeaked very loudly every time they moved and there was a gentleman on the phone in the next room up until 1:30 in the morning, talking on the phone for over an hour and a half telling someone how to fix something over the phone. They heard every single word he said. When we shut the bedroom door for them for privacy at night, the air did not circulate very well in there at all so they were very hot. So needless to say the four of us did not sleep well at all the entire night. All of this being said it was still a beautiful place to stay if the walls weren’t so thin and bedding was more comfortable. Perhaps another unit would be better to stay in if you book this property. .

We were only there for one evening. We arrived after hours and called the after hours number. We were given very friendly guidance on our check in. My husband used the pool and enjoyed it. Other guests had a fire going in the fire pit and welcomed us to join. Very nice indoor and outdoor space. Excellent kitchen with everything we would need if we were to cook. The room was clean, newly remodeled and very nice. Breakfast at The Perfect Cup in Matlacha was excellent with friendly, small town cafe atmosphere. Loved every minute of our short stay!

Fabulous I decided to take my ASD son down to Matlacha last minute and I booked a room here. I was so impressed with the room, the grounds, and amenities. It was so nice to be somewhere clean, quiet, and upkept. I will definitely be returning!

Great Waterside Property Great property on the water with a pool. Very friendly customer service with a nifty happy hour by the pool. The room accommodations were excellent. Also a great price. Will stay here again.

I enoyed its quiet little location. The staff was responsive and helpful. Their kayaks to get in appear to be tricky. But after doing it for a second time, it made a lot more sense and is doable. It seemed to be the talk of the time amongst a few of us upon arrival. The water is pretty and the sunset was fantastic. The pillow did remind me of a hospital pillow, very thin. All and all I recommend the place. Ill probably be going back in 3 years with my friend instead of my 15 years old.
