i really like the hotel in general, the worker is always very attentive with us, us because it was 5of us and we stayed for 5 nights. i did not like the amenities to store by walking. because it was hot and i did not rental a car. i would love coming backspin that i can, because i did really like the hotel specially and the country and the people. i did feel very safe in this Hotel.

The staff are very hospitable and reall try to Make sure that you are comfortable and satisfied. All staff interactions were awesome

Quick stay for one night and left early the next day. Convenient with a 3-4 minute walk from Rodney Bay marina. Pretty nice pool area, towels upon request. The included breakfast had quite a lot of options, but I was only in mood for some eggs and coffee. The boiled eggs was too hard boiled though. Was a bit noise from outside in the evening and the morning, but nothing that bothered me really. I probably wouldn't pick this for a longer stay as traveling alone since there quite a walk to the city centre. There might have been shuttles though if I remember correctly. Overall good hotel and friendly staff.

There was music playing until 2 am. Too noisy to sleep. The AC was intermittent. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous.

This small hotel felt like home. When Deborah noted my age she immediately recommended that I be moved from the top floor to the first floor poolside. There is not an elevator. The chef personally created menu items for my granddaughter who has food allergies even though she was not staying there, just visiting me. The warm friendly attention even exceeded the attention on a Viking cruise which is outstanding. They addressed my comfort before I even thought of something that would be pleasant. They have hourly shuttles to the other Bay Gardens properties. It is an older hotel but kept clean and attractive. The people are invaluable gems.

We stayed here for a few nights prior to flying back to uk after a fortnight of island hopping. The hotel is very convenient for the Marina with bars and restaurants etc. We were also able to walk to Gros Islet for the Friday Night Street Party. Felt safe doing so, although we did not stay late. The staff at the hotel are all amazing. Very helpful and friendly! Loved our stay.

I dropped my wallet as I left checked out of the hotel. I didn't realize it until about 45 minutes later. When I returned to the hotel the staff had secured my wallet and locked it up. All the contents, including approximately $1,000 US dollars was still in the wallet. I can't express how GREAT the staff was!!!!
