Emplacement parfait, propre et très accueillant !

L'hotel a une joli terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre notre petit-déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié, rien à dire. La chambre était d'un confort moyen, mais très propre. La vue n'était pas la meilleure, puisque nous étions contrebas, il vaut mieux demander des chambres en étage pour avoir une vue dégagée. Le personnel a été très accueillant en arrivant.

Malgré des troubles avec l’air climatisé, Michèle s’est empressée de nous changer de chambre et de nous surclasser. Tout le personnel est super gentil et attentionné, et la propriétaire a de la classe! L’hôtel est décoré avec goût. Merci pour tout! On recommande fortement!

Cet hôtel est une erreur de parcours… insalubre, la gérante d’une impolitesse et hautaine quand vous demander de l’eau chaude pour prendre une douche après 8h de voyage, elle vous répond comme solution de quitter son « palace ». Micro chambre (la 18) moins de 8m2 à 130€ la nuit. Vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir entièrement la porte pour vous rendre dans le placard qui sert de salle d’eau et wc. Pb terrible d’insonorisation très bruyant, de TV, et refoulement d’égout le soir, tuyauterie d’étanchéité bouchée par du papier... Bref, les photos publicitaires ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité. A savoir cet hôtel se trouve à proximité d’autres hôtels entièrement rénovés, moins chers avec un accueil chaleureux. Heureusement que ses employées sont là pour sauver les murs…

Stayed in the largest room at this place with my daughter. Upon arrival the front desk woman told me all the necessary things in English and when i asked about parking and free parking she said to park up top (not free). I parked and asked about the 2 spots occupied by the hotel and she said, "im sorry i don't speak English." Like really??!! You were speaking perfect English before??! So I made it a priority to get a spot and when one car moved out i moved mine in asap. The owner of the property is as terrible as a horror movie. She had the nerve to yell at me because I parked slightly out the line and her kids with their large BMW couldn't pass. As i was trying to fix the situation she kept saying, "what kind of person parks like that?... " i was ready to call the police"... going on and on it was VERY disrespectful and embarrassing. It's a small spot and to be slightly out of line in my vw golf seemed SHE was way out of line. The AC is at lowest capacity!! Took a full day to get the room to cool down and that was with me, conditioned to shut the bathroom door all the time because it's a hot box!!! This whole hotel/MOTEL is not worth it!!! No free parking, no ac till you run it all day and if you do, don't get your room cleaned cause you'll be back to square one of humid heat. DONT GET BAITED INTO BREAKFAST! Its a sad spread and they charge 19 euro pp! Bathroom has no covered glass on window so your exposed, shower spills water ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. Stay in NICE! Or MONACO Don't be cheap like me and deal with this!! Read others and their reviews on how inappropriate the owner is and disrespectful she and her manager are. Owner if you read this...Shame on you! YOU HAD NO REASON TO BE RUDE TO YOUR GUEST!!!!! GOOD LUCK:(((

Cute but the Plage is 15 min. walk straight down and a HIKE back! 2 scary parking spots and I had to move a planter to get in one! There is NO lift! The only thing scarier than the parking is the owner! Watch out for her! The girl at the desk is very sweet.
