The check in person gave us the wrong room number and our key didn't work, the kitchen utensils were dirty and we didn't have paper towels, toilet paper, or dish soap. The bathroom towels had yellow stains on them. The breakfast coffee was undrinkable. Will avoid this hotel in the future. Overall terrible experience given the cost

This property is next to the I15 freeway. Our room was on the freeway side of the building. The room was noisy all night long with traffic driving by. A 15 fott tall wall would help to cut down on the traffic noise. I mentioned it to the staff and they acted like they didn't care and seemed to have no desire to pass on the information. They did say they were sorry bit offered no recompense for the poor condition.

The negative response is that property is hard to find with numbered street and numbered avenue address and there is no left turn off the primary avenue to get on the property. I got directed back onto the freeway twice since it does not allow left turns. Only changing directions from the north freeway could make two right hand turns and get to the front entrance.

This was one of the worst conditioned place ive stayed , there were clothes from previous customers hanging out from under the mattress, the shower knob wasnt secured and kept falling off, the chalking in the shower/tub areas were cracking and seemed that molds were forming , i dont think ill be staying here ever again

This is a lovely property! The room was very comfortable, the staff very accommodating at check-in, and conveniently located just off the main highway. Took advantage of the breakfast in the morning before leaving. Enjoyed our 1-night stay. Thank you!

Bedding is terrible. The sheets don’t stay tucked in and the comforter was uncomfortable. Too heavy and to put just the sheet over us was not enough. I felt like I was sleeping in a jumbled unmade bed. Towels were cheap.

It is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are very small and so is the bathroom. I was very disappointed with this. However the staff were excellent including housekeeping. I would not stay here again because of the price. I expected more of an upscale room.
