坎古奇飯店 - 餐廳

Unfortunately this place was very out dated. And is no longer a hotel, more of an airbnb place. Our business retreat chose this place for the fact they had AC but none of the units worked. We were not offered a refund or compensation of any kind. Had to open windows which didn't work because of the mosquitos. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It's also goes by Villa Can Cuch

The listing is a lie. The photos are photoshopped and/or they are from this property in it's glory days, which it is far far from. The worst offense is they listed air conditioning and not one of the 13 bedrooms we used had a working A/C. If one was broken we may be able to believe they didn't know, but 13?? It was the middle of Summer and we picked this place because it had A/C - we barely slept in the heat. The place is filthy and buggy. The water in the pool is green and the bottom of the pool is very dirty (they are clear blue in the photos). Multiple showers had hair and sludge from previous guests. The kitchen is in desperate need of a deep clean.The kitchen is also lacking common kitchen items. The patio is unusable as the screens and panels are broken and the bugs are everywhere. The owners pretended to care. They do not! If there was a way to get this property taken down from tripadvor - I would do it in a heartbeat.

The Villa Can Cuch completely misrepresented their entire property with outdated photos. Do not believe a word of their description! The property is in terrible disrepair. We visited during a heatwave and the air conditioners did not work in any room! There were no screens on any of the windows. It was so stifling hot I could not breathe- I was forced to open the windows and use a fan to create some air and was then eaten alive by mosquitos and spiders. There were worms in my shower -disgusting old hair in other showers. My colleague took his shower head down, poked out the holes blocked by old sediment to allow the water to pour freely- so he could have an actual shower. The pool was a disgusting atrocity. It was built as a feeding trough for the cows. It had bugs in it… and has clearly not been kept up. It looks nothing like the photos. The paint has turned to a green mossy color. The kitchen was at one time set up for a restaurant and completely impractical. With all of the fancy gadgets no longer working - most disappointingly being the dishwasher. There weren’t any community spaces. The sun porch was unusable due to the heat and cracks in the window pains. The room was filled with mosquitos. A poor design. Julio the property manager was lovely and helpful. But there was only so much he could do. We called the owner and she ignored us. Please beware- this property is misrepresented. It’s uncomfortable and impractical and so upsetting.

Realize la reserva acercandome a lo que antes era el Hotel Can Cuch, ahora es Villa Can Cuch. Los nuevis propietarios encantadores, todo fue a la perfeccion. Un lugar maravilloso, lo podeis encontrar tambien en airbnb.

Tenía una reserva para el día 4/10/21 a la cuál no pude asistir y me hicieron un vale para ir otro día, con validez de un año. Después de ver que en la página web del hotel que estaban “en mantenimiento” y que iba a estar cerrado durante un tiempo indefinido, solicité por correo una devolución del importe del vale. Volví a escribir a diferentes correos del hotel e incluso llamé por teléfono pero no obtuve respuesta. El teléfono que aparece en la web no correspondo a ningún usuario. Según he visto en las reseñas del hotel, a 2 personas le cancelaron la reserva el mismo día, a otras a pocos días, a otros les dijeron que tenían una avería. Ha habido personas que incluso se han desplazado expresamente hasta el hotel y se lo han encontrado cerrado. En total hay 14 personas que están en la misma situación que yo y probablemente muchas más pero no han publicado su opinión. Nadie contesta a los correos ni al teléfono, no hay NADIE que pueda dar la cara. Lo peor de todo es que todavía se pueden hacer reservas a través de la web. En las reseñas que he leído, un usuario se encontró al administrador concursal del hotel y les explicó que está en concurso de acreedores. Pido una respuesta ya, quiero una devolución del importe del vale. Llevo esperando una respuesta desde hace meses. No entiendo qué está pasando, sólo sé que son unos IMPRESENTABLES.

ESTAFA. Está cerrado y no te contestan, el cheque regalo no se puede compensar, ni devolver el dinero. Por favor que lo quiten de posible opción. Es un timo. No lo reserven más porque está cerrado. Por favor que alguien lo saque del TRIP y de todas las páginas
