Not very pleased with the hotel overall. It seems a well take care of place when in reality there are a lot of "mickey mouse" repairs.. Really disappointed and will stay there anymore.

Room was spacious and clean but the area was not safe and the staff was rude. Not only did they scanned my ID but they also insisted that my entire party show their IDs too! Why??? They also advertised free breakfast so when I asked where that was served, He didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed him his hotel listing with the free breakfast listed and he said, they never served breakfast since they switched owners. Well, I looked back on the reviews and people have been complaining of this going back over 3 years. They need to update this false advertisement. Definitely was not worth the $190/night stay.

Handicap room requested not ready at 7 pm. While waiting in check in lobby; a stinky toilet plunger sitting on coffee table. BAD!

I loved the comfortable bed, the super fluffy pillows, they were so comfortable, I slept great! Also, really liked that they used branded shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The free wine that was included in my VIP ******* perks was an unexpected delight.

The property itself was excellent. The rooms were updated The one problem I had was I couldn't get wifi, so was unable to use my computer at all. No nice dining in the area, need to drive to the mall. The property was clean, and comfortable, but the area was undesirable.

Bad impressions walked to the room and saw cockroaches. We stayed for 2 nights no one come and clean the room at all. We put all trash at the trash can but so full. When we checked out, he got mad that so much trash in the can. And talked bad to us that don’t come back here again.

People running this hotel needs a job that doesn’t require any people skills. My bottle of wine for being a VIP member was not in the room and when I called to inquire I was told to come to the front desk and get it if I wanted. When asked over the phone (2 separate occasions sighing the same stay) about early check in time, I was given 30 min before the regular check in time. Same when I called to ask for late check out. Working in hospitality industry for over 20 years, I know the rules and understand the operational side of a hotel…I had to remind the staff on the phone of the actual times and only then and with attitude I was given…additional 15 min… customer service training is the minimum I would recommend to them.
