威斯曼斯休息公寓(Wisemans Retreat)

Firstly, it's a gorgeous spot, right by the river, lots of birdlife, and the grounds are very attractive & well-maintained. Unfortunately downhill from there...the restaurant is closed ( would have been good to know that when booking ) , the rooms are adequate but very spartan & actually quite bare ( nowhere to put your cuppa or takeaway- had to put them on the floor(!) . You have to walk for a pretty ordinary pub meal or a takeaway which is cold by the time you get back to your room. Basically a place with the potential to be really great, but currently sub-standard & way over priced for what you get. Disappointing , won't be back unless there's major upgrade.

A lovely room. Nice tidy clean room. There was no kitchen amenities so couldn’t make breakfast. Did have coffee and tea but no biscuits. Had strange lighting as it was on the wall and no lights in the little kitchen area so making a cuppa in the dark. The shower was good the right height. Overall a good stay

The motel itself is fine if a little dated. However note: * The restaurant is closed * The golf course is closed In fact, more than 1/2 of Wisemans is closed. So for a 2 night stay, in good weather, to take in the local walks and sights is about all I can recommend

My stay at the property was amazing. The hotel is set in a very quiet and relaxing area and has easy access to dining and convenience shopping. Check in was a breeze and the team were really welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. I recommend the executive suite option if you get the opportunity to book as it is extremely spacious.

Very disappointed with our room at over $200 per night. The room is very small, The curtains are torn, there is only one chair in the room for 2 guests and no table to sit at, nor a sofa. 2 wooden chairs outside are too dirty to use. the carpet could use a clean. Not what was pictured on your website. Would not recommend to anyone.

Wisemans Ferry was very quite as was the resort. Room was nice and very comfortable.

A really nice countryside place to stay at. Massive living room that easily fits tens of people with plenty of leftover space for activities, cosy two person bedrooms with extremely soft blankets plus a beautiful view of the scenery right outside the door. Would definitely recommend for a sizeable group looking for a place.

Who gave this place four stars? It's dated and needs updating badly. Every tile in the shower was cracked, there was mildew different places in the shower. The mattresses were old and sagging. The buildings itself looks nice and strurdy. They need to work on the inside of the rooms.

Just an overnight stay, quite comfortable very clean accommodation. Had to go up and down stairs to get to the room which is getting a little difficult in our 70’s. The shower head i room 55 NEEDS ATTENTION, otherwise it was great and appreciated the friendly reception on phone conversations.
